Локация очень удобная рядом пляж и центр города не далеко. Завтраки неплохие, но только индийская кухня.

Я в этом отеле третий раз, последний раз был в далеком 2011 году. Так вот тогда отель был 3 звезды, а сервис был лучше. На завтраках после 9 часов найти свободный столик проблематично, уборка осуществлялась не каждый день, приходилось на третий день идти на стойку администратора и просить убраться в номере. Сам отель стал больше, а вот номера остались без ремонта с тех времен, у меня было такое впечатление.

The location is the biggest advantage. The staff is very warm.

Disappointing

We booked 3 junior suites for 4 days, but for the first day they gave only 1 junior suites and 2 wooden cottage, but , charged for 3 junior suites . We have to accept what they offered, no guarantee for the booking done earlier through booking.com

It was a good location but average experience due to small dim lit rooms.

The location is great with access to beach and other touristy places. Food is good.

Rooms are smaller in size and need renovation. Overall staff management needs to improve.

Avoid. Lots of better options for much less.

Location is good. Very close to beaches and clubs.

Dated property. Poorly maintained, smelly and quite cramped. Food was very average. Reception staff was unhelpful with borderline rude. Simple basic stuff expected in a reasonable hotel missing

Avoid till this resort until it meets the standards of the expensive charges.

Nothing in this resort is likeable apart from the music they played in the morning and the breakfast.

They charge you A price of a three star or a four star hotel or a resort but the facilities the cleanliness the comfort are nowhere close to a single star resort or a hotel. All the pictures they put on the website were probably taken when all the set up was done newly. When you visit the resort it is absolute opposite of it. There is no board or directions to get to the resort. The building itself looks antique and overall set up inside is quite bad. It is not a problem if that it is that way but the charge is the charge you are ridiculously high and the representation of the pictures of the of the rooms that they show on the website makes you think they’re all the same standard across all of the rooms but it’s ridiculously compromised quite opposite. There is no easy access to the beach. So basically it is not a beach resort.

I have been here thrice . The staff is very courteous. Ambience at dinner hall is good Choice of food is good. This time some nuisance was caused by a dinner hall manager but he was the only bad experience and i mentioned his name to the hotel management. Estrela we would always go despite anything .

Avoid feni if u drink . It hits u hard . And there was one person whose name I won't mention , a dinner hall manager. He himself was recommending some other hotels to customers . Also gave us a free coupon with assured gift to a newly opened hote l

Surely not a 4 star property, as advertised!!

Location was good. While booking, I was given the impression that my package includes breakfast which was not the case! The booking page on booking.com was not very specific, I believe.

The furniture in the room, toilet fittings were all shaky, water leakage in all toilet fittings, the location of the swimming pool in the hotel is really bad. The rooms close to the pool are subject to nuisance during pool hours.

Best location and Beautiful place

We liked the property location along with its beautiful garden which ends on the beach. Staff were polite and friendly. We felt like we were at home not at some hotel. Best experience. Thank you.

The room with the bathtub was not that clean else rest other things and club room were top notch.

Nice beach front property in North Goa that serves excellent food

Food was superb, location is excellent, and it's beach front property. Please note that it does not have private beach but the beach is accessible via walking distance. They have nice breakfast and good set of entertainment. Swimming pool was clean and nice.

It mentioned in the facilities of the property that resort have SPA available but when we asked they said that they don't have the facilities in fact they mentioned that they didn't have this facility at all even from very beginning. It's kind of miscommunication and must be corrected from booking.com
