Perfecte locatie om de stad te bezoeken

Dit is de 3 de keer dat wij verblijven in dit hotel we zien het zo achteruit gaan . De ligging is perfect en in het restaurant serveren ze lekker eten .

De kamer: verouderd, niet proper in de badkamer ( nog haar in de lavabo) airco werkte eerst niet maar hebben ze opgelost . Stopcontact uit de muur . De vuile tapijten in de gangen . Zo een mooi gebouw die helemaal aan het verloederen is .

Fantastisch

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Vooral hulp voor mijn vrouw in de rolstoel. Grote kamer inclusief kitchinette en terras.

La proximité du centre ville

Pas de plateau d’accueil, la literie avec des cheveux sur les oreillers 😗 Le fait de récupérer l’eau à une fontaine, pour un 4 étoiles. Il y a des bouteilles en verre qui existent n’est-ce pas ?

Rapide mais très sympa

Très bel hôtel, plein de charme, chambre spacieuse. Manque quelques équipements dans la salle de bain (savon dur, miroir grossissant). Nous avons diné au restaurant, c'était très bon.

Le parking aurait besoin d'être aménagé pour faciliter la circulation. Le petit-déjeuner, un peu cher, pas de salé, pas de grille-pain.

Amazing stop over or nice break

Lovely warm team. Great location, lovely outdoor pool, free parking on site ( get there early) short walk to a lovely town centre with food, arts and crafts. Comfortable room with balcony. Amazing Bistro on site with tasty authentic French cuisine

Exceptional

Chic Mediterranean accommodation, only a 5 minute stroll into the heart of Pézenas. Really friendly staff and just lovely spaces throughout the hotel. Plus, a very useful kitchenette in the room meant we could have cold drinks in the fridge and a microwave also.

Directions from the main road into the car park are a little sparse, but trust your sat nav.

size of the apartment & central location close to the motorway for our trip between UK & Spain, secure parking, welcoming reception staff. Dogs welcome

Great location

Great location for town. The receptionist recommended a restaurant 5 mins walk away that was very nice as the bistro on site was full.

Not many restaurants around at night to choose from in December. Maybe it was the time of year we were there.

Spacious and unusual apartment with a ‘secret’ shortcut into a perfect French medieval town.

Fantastic location close to the old town with a shortcut across a pedestrian bridge. Excellent large deck complete with private spa pool. Great sized bedrooms and living space with the bonus of two bathrooms. Beautiful sunset views over the rooftops. Manager generously reduced rate and included breakfast after our misunderstanding that this was already included.

The information said third floor with lift but actually required stairs to access the room. This would have made it inaccessible to anyone unable to use stairs. Kitchen had almost nothing in it to make cooking possible such as a single sharp knife.

We prolonged our stay in Pezenas because of comfort of apartments. Very nice

Perfect rooms with lot of space, cleanliness on a top level. Good and comfortable mattress on a bed. The interior is very nice speaking of rooms, restaurant, the saloon and the hotel spa. Nice terrace and garden included. Hotel is divided into two buildings. The apartments are situated in the second building, offering a lot od privacy.

very unique and modern staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble. rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

access is quite restricted from main road and not that clear where to go car park is tight. food choices are good but limited.

Very disappointing!

We loved the location. Really liked the spaciousness of our room.

We did not like the fact only one towell per person ~ no hand towels which could be used for hands, hair etc. Very basic Toileteries. Requested extra towels which Never arrived. Filthy carpets iin communal areas.

The location was excellent, so was the attitude of one of the staff members who understood and dealt with our disappoint

-waste pipe smell -bathroom + toilet combo separated by outdated shower curtains -bathroom door hinges falling off -having to ask for toilet paper

The hotel is very convenient to the charming town of Pézenas via the footbridge. It is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The pool was a delight, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was huge, much larger than we expected with a small kitchen.

Comfortable stay

Good size room with kitchenette. Great hotel facilities and pool area. Easy very short walk into town.

Bathroom was very easy to flood - shower drain needs to be deeper!

it was in the perfect location , beautiful room and friendly staff

our room was a duplex suite with 2 spiral staircases to our room and another one working the room , tough with luggage
