Great place.

Very kind host, lovely place and great breakfast. Tea in the evening and instant hot water in the shower. Quiet place at the sime time next to the main pedestrian street. Host was kind also to keep our luggage. Bed was not too soft which we liked this way very much.

The location is perfect for fast access to all of the attractions in Rabat. The riad is a family ran business and everyone there is very helpful. Great breakfast also.

Great time in Rabat

The time spent at Riad Dar Karima made me regret not staying longer in Rabat. The structure is a quiet environment in the centre of the medina, and it shows a good balance between elegance and cosiness. The rooms and the bathrooms are big and perfectly clean, and the breakfast is recommended. Moreover the manager Siham is extremely helpful and friendly, I strongly recommend contacting her well before your arrival to receive recommendations on tours (which se can help you book), places and activities. Should I visit again Rabat I would definitively come back here.

A small suggestion is maybe to make the signof the Riad a little more visible, it is hard to see it at night.

Our first location was double booked by booking.com, and we were provided with another location, graciously and apologetically. The manager, Salah, was topnotch. She arranged moving our luggage and also the cab to the airport for an early morning flight. Late into the evening, she even came to our room to let us know that the driver would be arriving an hour earlier due to the time change. A carafe of coffee and biscuits were delivered to our room to accommodate our schedule. Don't remember her name, but the young woman at the second riad was also welcoming and accommodating.

Everything! The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean and the Riad is very beautiful. Hannah is very polite and accomodating. The Riad is very close to the market. And the beach is just a few meters away.

A place to write home about!

Amazingly beautiful place, looked just like the photos! The courtyard has a retractable roof covering that was pulled back in the daytime to let in the sunshine and an occasional bird. Our elegantly decorated room was right off the courtyard, yet it was quiet. Thick curtains kept the room dark at night. Bed was comfortable. We spent a good deal of time at the riad, working on our computers on the rooftop patio or the lounge areas. So relaxing and comfortable! The two sisters who work there were kind and helpful. We were privileged to meet the owner and visit his second riad nearby which he also renovated. Exploring the medina for meals or the nearby sights was also quite convenient. We bought our own pastries and fruit for breakfast.

We didn't expect that the taxi could not enter the medina so we had to walk in from the main street. Google maps wasn't quite accurate on the location, but a shopkeeper pointed us a bit further down the street.

a visit to Rabat is worth it just for staying in this Riad and enjoying the hospitality

This is the nicest stay we had in Morocco. One of the most special and beautiful riads. The hospitality of Salah the owner and the care of his staff are second to none. The location and breakfast were amazing. we found it very difficult to leave.

Highly recommend for couples who prefer a peaceful stay in a smaller accommodation without too much hustle and bustle!

The place is cozy and it has a central position. You don’t need to use the public transport! The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent, always ready to offer you a cup of Moroccan mint tea!

Moroccan Hospitality is amazing!

If you want to witness the Moroccan hospitality and culture, stay here. It was a bit hard to find among streets but it was actually close to market and several shops are around the street. I had Moroccan Tea for the first time here - and absolutely fell in love!

We really enjoyed our stay and would return but ask for a different room.

Great location- central and walking distance to the medina and surrounding areas. Good sized room, great shower (some roads we’ve been to have showers with little water pressure and not always hot enough). Comfy bed and necessary toiletries. Our room was ground floor and so very easily accessible. Could choose the time of breakfast to suit and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Though we had large windows to open there was little air movement and unfortunately a damp smell lingered in our bedroom. We were only there 3 nights and so didn’t want to ask to move to a different room.

Great stay at a calm hotel with a great staff and owner.

The hotel is very nice and the staff and owner as well. Warm welcome at arrival with tea and cookies. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The location is quite central and even with a suitcase an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Visiting the main sights can be done by foot as well.

They ignore their customers to increase their profits

We had a family emergency and tried to cancel one Day after free cancelation period. They didnt even reply our messages and took advantage and stole our money for no value in return. Very Bad Business. They didnt even apologize or give a reason. Just ignored us. Olease dont reward this kind of behaviour and never book there. Thanks.

Location in medina and close to Kasbah and beach, beautiful and tasteful interior, friendly staff, good breakfast, room had enough space for our family of four.

The two single beds were not so comfortable (a bit hard), there was a moldy smell at the entrance.

The Riad is ideally placed for easy access to the Medina and surroundings and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged an airport pick up for us. We met the owner who also made us feel very much at home. The attention to detail with the décor is second to none. We highly recommend the Riad Dar Karima for your stay on Rabat.

staff were amazing. She helped us with taxis and made sure we enjoyed our time in Rabat. the hotel was lovely and comfortable and in a great spot for exploring. we had a family room that was spacious and perfect for our two kids.

there was nothing to not like.
