1. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the Old town.
2. The interior of the hotel and the room.
3. Quietness of the hotel area - the neighborhood and hotel itself is very quiet so it is a perfect place if you want to escape from crowded places and relax.
Breakfast option is less. It is between 8-10:00.
I went to breakfast at 8:45 and already most of the things were over and not refilled.

The hotel interior design is really cute, with calm surroundings and beautiful city and wheels view. What we've liked the most is the hotel's restaurant - we were searching for some nice food around the city and then realised that the best food we've got in our hotel! And hotel personel is really charming and helpful. Great place to spend a long weekend

Location of the hotel is absolutely terrific. Within less than a minute walk you can be at the smaller square or another 1minute in the center of the bigger Market Square. Once on your way back a bit of exercise when climbing a steep hill on which the hotel is located, but once you get there you will know it was worth it - simply the hotel overlooks the whole city and vie is spectacular. Once you get a room from the city side you can enjoy the view that is the main reason for thousands to come to Kazimierz.
Interior of the hotel is like time travel to XIX century - very well arranged and kept in good condition.
Difficult to navigate in the car lot - you just have to use your imagination to figure out how to get behind the building. Also mind that there are ABSOLUTELTY NO road signs on the premises so you can easily drive into a coffee spot by the main entrance (sort of balcony terrace) or into hotel guests exiting the building because the main entrance is not market in any way.
Foyer is dark and upon entering you think that this is some kind of back door access. The reception area and check-in counter are simply hidden in darkness and even when you approach they do not put lights on.
Breakfast is more like petit dejeuner - not too many options and the service does not even know whether the omelette is or is not gluten free. Mind that breakfast is only served 8 till 10 so for early birds this is not an option.
Also there is a very nice area around the hotel (their premises) but the experience is totally spoiled when you park you car in the yard next to a pile of dirt, trash and sand in the vicinity of some garden furniture that looks like torn in different directions because of hurricane wind - simply a mess in the back.
On the webiste they inform that in the room you get flip flops for the swimming pool - there were none when we arrived and the cleaning lady had also none on her trolley.

Breakfast was a "wow". Very nice hotel nearby the old town.
Nothing major beside sauna outage and some construction works in the hotel next to the Windows of our Room at 6AM. 10 workers have been juicely swearing until i have called front desk and kindly asked to quiet those workers. I am bit surprised that hotel have been risking with negative Impact on their reputation for not Waiting until 8AM to perform works as its normally done in civilized places.... But ok. Their choice.

Breakfast.
They are advertising the single room as 10m, but my room definitely was half that size. I had to ask for a clean throw. The heating was not working late at night, at 2am the radiator was cold. The heating was back in the morning. The staff was polite but there was no manager on site.

pool and sauna access, location in the center of town, restaurant in the hotel
restaurant food was decent quality. Restaurant service was worse - slow and not up to stadard. Hotel and rooms were ok for the 3-star rating.

The location and the size of the room plus the cleanliness
The parking was a hustle and the fact that the receptionist lied to me to move my car as their was a guest who had to leave. I found that so sad considering the fact that their is no need to give stories to guest to make them do something.

A very nice little hotel. Excellent location, breakfast and service.
The pipes need soundproofing as you could clearly hear when someone in the vicinity flushed the toilet.

We took a standard room and honestly I expected better value for the money. I booked this particular hotel for having a pool and jacuzzi facilities but the jacuzzi was out of service. The room was so small the bathroom door wouldn’t fully open having a bed on the way. Food was so so. What was great was the location and massage I booked. Staff was also nice :) But I would never go there again unfortunately.
I got that covered above.

Great location, friendly staff
Large bed made of two smaller mattresses is never a good idea
