The staff here are so lovely and friendly and generally just make the whole thing feeel great. Loved the outdoor area, and everything felt really safe and bright and airy and nice to spend time in. Some friends visited and then immediately changed their hostel booking to stay here instead.

Bruh.... They got a magnetic spice rack.... Like, I can't even top that with anything else I say so ... Yup, that's what it is

Common areas were really comfortable and kitchen was super well-equipped. Dorms were okay, bit cramped but really good lockers. A light and plug socket with each bed. Money exchange service was handy.
Showers were run down and bathrooms were busy when dorms were full. Unfortunately two of the receptionists made us feel very unwelcome. We were accused of not paying for laundry despite having paid immediately and never recieved any apology or acknowledgement once the receptionist remembered despite her having argued with us about it. This forgetfulness of two of the receptionist led to us being asked to pay our bill for the room, laundry and a tour multiple times throughout our stay despite having paid for each service as soon as we had ordered it. On our last day we were even asked for an additional 9000 pesos on our last day for a bill that wasn't ours. We felt uncomfortable throughout the stay and didn't feel as though the two receptionists treat guests as paying customers.

- Drains in the bathroom started to smell unpleasant
- Breakfast area quite cluttered if more than one person was in the kitchen area

Location, friendly staff, breakfast buffet.
We had no aqua on the upper level where all dorms are for 1 day. There was a robbery in the bedroom. Super hot in the room, aircon didn't work.

Breakfast:
-Having breakfast included is always a huge bonus, and theirs was great. They had quite a few options: (juice/milk/yougurt/coffee/tea/chocolate) & (three different types of bread/biscuits/fruits/boiled eggs/jams/manjar/creamcheese/cereal).
Dormitory:
-I booked the 8beds-mixed-dormitory, but when I got there, I was put on a 6beds-dormitory and it was all girls. Talking with another guest, he said his dormitory was all men, so I think they might have separated us by gender for more comfort since there was room available to do so and that is very nice and thoughtful of them.
-My specific bottom bunk bed had a nice little soft light switch in the wall which helped me a lot with not waking up my roomies too late in the night and too early in the morning. It also had a bed side table which I think was thought to be shared by everyone, but since it was right next to my bed it was mostly shared by me and the girl sleeping in the bed across from mine because of convenience really.
Location:
-I went to Mendoza by bus and specifically chose Mora International Hostel because of its proximity to the Bus Terminal and did not regret it. I had a backpack and a duffel bag and easily walked to the Hostel when arriving and walked to the terminal when leaving.
Common Areas:
-I didn't have time to enjoy it very much, but the inside common area was without a doubt really nice and cozy, at some point I was even offered the TV to watch some Netflix while I drank my beer. Not to mention that one morning there was a guest playing the hostel's guitar and that just sets a whole mood for the place you know hahahaha.
Bathroom:
-The shared bathroom wasn't exactly a very pleasant experience. I'm glad I stayed for a short period of time and only had to shower once. The water was nicely heated, no problems on that thank god, but the water pressure was very weak and the hooks for hanging were broken. Regarding the toilet cubicle, very private and spacious, but the sink in it had a very bad leak and the whole floor was wet and unpleasant because of it.
Noise:
-I didn't find the street are to be noisy, but the room I was put in was right next to the entrance of the hostel and the common areas, so while I was trying to go to sleep there were a lot of loud voices and conversations going on that could just as well be going on inside my dormitory for how close it sounded.
Amenities:
-The socket next to my bunk bed wasn't compatible to my apple charger (type C) and so I had to charge my phone in the entrance when arrived (where thankfully they had some more versatile sockets) and look for an adapter in the city to be able to charge my phone during the night.

The garden is a great place to hang outside. There is a resident cat too. Room with french windows and bath were great. Location is close to bus station and restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Cold beverages sold on site. Ping pong table.
The sheets were too small for the bed.

I liked everything, the breakfast was very nice.
The biggest problem for me was the noise, people kept talking very loud until 3 in the morning and the staff didn't tell them anything. When I got up and asked personally to tone it down though they did.

Great location right in the centre of Mendoza. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was also quite nice. We stayed in a private room which was small but comfortable and had a balcony. There’s a nice outdoor terrace area where you can have some drinks.
Facilities in the rooms were very basic with no towels. Rooms are not very soundproof so can be very loud at night. We were woken up at 4am by someone shouting outside the hostel so wasn’t a very restful stay. Breakfast was very poor so we decided to go to a restaurant instead.

The staff was really friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast, good location, various tour options which we could book directly at the hotel, nice outside area with a good equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
The room was quite small and there was some weird smell coming from the drain.

Nice, welcoming place with a pretty garden. Big rooms and lockers.
The coffee was basically brown water ;)

Perfect location, being close to the bus station and city center. Very nice staff, great outside patio.
Breakfast isn't so great - need better bread!

The privacy, cleanliness, the staffs, location and great ambiance. The receptionists helped me with my laundry, excursion, taxi etc. The place is worth the money and I highly recommend it!!!
Shared bathroom because I have to wait even if I am in a private room, most of the time all the restroom are full especi
ally in the morning but all is great.
