This house has everything that you would want in a vacation rental home! Prior to selecting this property I looked at the reviews and it seemed to have everything I needed but I was still not sure? After pulling into my private off street parking spots and walking into house, I realized that it was “Perfect” I was grinning and so impressed with myself and happy with my choice!
The house is beautiful, well maintained, and spacious, It is the perfect rental for couples or singles wanting privacy and want a bathroom in their bedrooms. The house is beautifully furnished with plenty of amenities and extra household items. Great quiet neighborhood, walking distant to stores, restaurants, etc.
The communication with David from the time I made the online reservation, the check in and check out process was one of the smoothest and easiest experiences I have had with renting a vacation home. I felt like I was at home and didn’t want to leave.

We had a sibling trip planned with our spouses. This house gave us the amenities we needed. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was attentive. The neighborhood was quiet. I will definitely stay again.

This house is exactly as it is pictured and has great walkable access to many spots. Andrew was extremely responsive and provided lots of information prior to check which included lots of local suggestions. This was the perfect place for our family to use as home base during on daughter’s graduation weekend. WiFi also worked perfectly. Highly recommend this terrific home!

Love this house!! It’s spacious, beautiful , spotless and very well appointed. The location is great- barely a block from the St Charles streetcar and the #9 bus. The beds (sleeps 6 easily ) are comfy, and each room has own bath, plus 1/2 downstairs. Owner is super easy to work with, very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!!

We were here for a brief weekend to see and plan an upcoming wedding in the Garden District. Property was convenient to all our venues. Had no trouble getting an Uber or just walking to nearby locations on St Charles.

Very comfortable with lots of space for six adults. Very nice interior and covered parking. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Owner was very prompt answering questions.

The listing is very accurate of the property. Very clean and enough space for everyone. The only downfall is the back outside area. I wish we could have used it but there were just too many leaves and not very inviting to sit outside there. That being said, I would still definitely stay there again. It is near everything, it's a great neighborhood and has parking off of the street.

The house is located in a great little neighborhood close to the streetcar and a walkable distance from several great restaurants and shops. We felt very comfortable in the home and our group of five women had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking a meal together was possible and an added bonus. The back yard looks cute but we didn’t gather out there as it was a little cool in March. It would be a great space, though, for later in the spring or early fall. Andrew responded promptly to any questions we had. Thanks for a great place to stay!

This property is wonderful! As gorgeous as they are, the photos don’t do it justice. There was more than enough room for our group to relax and enjoy our time in NOLA. Each room having their own bathroom was extremely convenient as well. Location wise was great. A short walk to the street car allowed us to go all around the city with ease. Local coffee shops, restaurants, and gorgeous views are all a walk away. The driveway also fits at least 2 cars so parking is also not an issue. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Property was clean and as advertised. Home was well stocked other than (no Kureg coffee maker). Water pressure in the home is extremely low so if you like a refreshing shower in the morning to start your day off this isn't your spot. I was a bit taken back by the communication with our host when asking him very straight forward questions regarding the public transportation and parking. He seemed very short and sarcastic with his responses to us at times and just assumed we knew how the public transportation and parking laws worked around there. Just texting back and forth sometimes isn't the best way to get a real read on a person so maybe there was some misinterpretation also. Being from Minnesota we were fairly new to the area and had never stayed in the Garden District. Overall a very good experience our second time down there.

The house is perfect for three couples as it had three bedrooms, three bathrooms. We enjoed the sitting rooms and kitchen. Everything was provided. Enough towels, washcloths, etc. We had a few problems with some lights in the bathroom, a weird smell in the house, and we all had allergies to something in the house. The outside has no curb appeal but the inside is huge and well appointed. Thank you for our stay.

Location is perfectly located to key areas on St. Charles. House is very spacious, all bedrooms have in-suite full bathrooms. Covered parking for 2 cars is a luxury this close to all the action. Quick drive to Rouses down the road for all your local favorite groceries. We came for Mardi Gras (with kids) and it was the perfect location to walk to St. Charles. Very clean and well equipped kitchen to make meals onsite if desired. Walk to near by restaurant treasures and grab some beignets for breakfast! House is located in safe, family neighborhood. Book it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Orleans, and our stay at this property was one of the highlights of our trip. The home is exactly as described - lots of space, well-equipped for an extended stay. Andrew provided us with all the information that we needed to ensure that our arrival and departure were seamless. The property has a nice covered parking spot off the street, which was very welcome as those streets are more narrow than we are used to - I would have hated to park on the street. There were shops and restaurants close by, some within walking distance. The neighborhood is lovely.
There were four of us who stayed, so with three bedrooms, two of us stayed in the large master bedroom with the attached bath. Plenty of space. In fact, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and each bedroom has at least a queen size bed -- so much room!
The kitchen is also spacious, and there are two living spaces -- one in the front and another in the back. It was just an amazingly roomy place, so it was very easy to feel at home there.
The only issue that we ran into was my fault, but Andrew was kind in handling it. When we arrived, we noticed that a chair was broken. We left it alone. My mistake was in not informing Andrew when we discovered that it was broken. Luckily, we did have the traveler's insurance, so he was able to get the chair fixed. Lesson learned: If you see something broken, let the owner know right away!
Overall this was an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home. Perfect location. Included everything we might have needed. Highly recommend this house.

We were 3 couples staying at the house. We all loved the coziness of the home, the area - it was quiet and safe. We loved being in the Garden District with the homes and trees. Each of us having a bathroom was a plus.
Having the streetcar a block away was convenient but the downside was that it took about 1/2 hour drive to get to Canal St. and Bourbon St. area on top of waiting possibly up to 15 - 30 minutes for the streetcar to come. So, although it didn't stop us from enjoying the night life, we just had to consider timing.
There are great restaurants in the home's area. In fact, we thought the food was better than in the Bourbon Street area. There is a restaurant one block away on the corner that was delicious.
Thanks to the host for opening up the home to us.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home that we enjoyed for an extended weekend vacation. There were 3 couples and we all felt at home. It is furnished with everything you need. We cooked breakfast each morning and enjoyed relaxing in the large family room. There's so much space and it was very clean. It's within walking distance to so many places to eat and close to the streetcar. Once we arrived, we didn't move our cars. Perfect distance to all the sites. If you're looking for a nice place to stay when visiting NOLA, this place is it.

Exterior does not do interior justice. Nice area, great appliances, roomy, beds were great. Exterior patio had leaves and debris, when property manager was contacted it was readily taken care of.
Really wanted to give a 5 star however, low water pressure, bidet leaked in use, minimal instructions for leaving.

My family of 6 was in town for a wedding. This home perfectly accommodated us and is in a quiet location minutes away from anything you need. We were extremely pleased with the covered parking and spacious home. All areas were clean with comfortable beds and the checkin/checkout process was seamless. Wish we could have enjoyed a longer stay, but will highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!!!

Loved the house and the location since we used the street car system. The off street parking was a plus. Only thing we would suggest is to have a outside light by the front door or a motion light.
