Il prezzo della camera è stato esorbitante. Ho pagato 3 volte quello che hanno pagato i miei colleghi. Quindi non posso essere soddisfatto.

We requested a balcony room and were not disappointed, we were overlooking the bay with superb views towards Mt Etna. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved spending time sitting on the balcony watching things going on. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods both sweet and savoury. We used the restaurant twice and the food was outstanding, the wine lovely and the prices very reasonable.
At breakfast I would have liked a better vegetarian choice, there was cheese or boiled eggs, |some vegetable omelette or mushrooms would have been appreciated.

Buona la posizione, belle le piscine, tutto sommato nel complesso è ok
Pulizia molto superficiale, non me lo aspetto da un quattro stelle.
Colazione poco variegata.

Vista spettacolare e camera elegante…. ottima accoglienza.
Ottimo ristorante

Great location for us, and the view of the city and Etna was unbelievable. (we had a seaview room). The staff were super-friendly.
Nespresso machine in room.

The best part about staying at this hotel was the service provided by Arianna at the front desk. Arianna was friendly, helpful, attentive. Answered all of our questions and even though there was a slight language barrier, Arianna was very patient and kind and helped us with all of our requests.
The view from our room and the dining hall was beautiful. Nice to see the sunrise every morning while eating breakfast.
The location of the hotel is far away enough from the busyness of the town area, but close enough to walk to the pier for tours and good restaurants.
The shower door in the room leaked. After taking a shower the first day, the bathroom floor was covered with water. We had to be extra careful of which way the shower nozzle pointed when taking subsequent showers in order for the water to not leak out of the shower door. Even with using a lot of caution, water still escaped and some water was on the floor. We asked for extra towels so we could soak up the water.
The hotel only had 2 workers during breakfast. There was also a tour group during our stay so the group kept the workers plenty busy. Unfortunately the workers were not friendly and it seemed we were bothering them if we made a request that food items be refilled.

we were greeted by Arianna with a big smile. she was cordial, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a great one. Arianna made the stay fabulous. she is the very definition of providing outstanding customer service. Grazie Mille!!!
The breakfast was not what I’d expect/disappointed. The selection was very limited and the pastries and bread were not fresh like the other places I stayed during my holiday. Dining staff were not happy and was not service oriented. My bathroom was not clean and needed work.

The location was very good and well connected to the borgo antico. It was 20 minutes walking to the center.
The breakfast was good and the swimming pool very nice
WiFi connection is not always working as expected

the pool and the view from the pool was lovely. the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. we changed rooms during our stay after we extended for a night, the second sea view room was significantly better.
The information provided by the reception was non existent, they fell short here on something so easily rectified. The hotel is high up on a steep road, quite a long walk from the harbour. it would be helpful if the hotel ran a shuttle service during the day/evening.
there is no daytime food offering, the hotel had to phone an external shop to deliver a sandwich, a further lost opportunity. Breakfast was poor. The hotel has potential but it needs better management

The pool area was nice, lovely view. Near to bars and restaurants.
The entrance to the hotel was not very clear. On day of check out could only use the facilities until midday.

pool was very nice with a good amount of loungers. The receptionists were very good at organising taxis both for pick ups at dick and restaurants plus organising ones from hotel Believe me you need them due to hotel location
the location is not good up a very steep hill which ruined any trip out so had to use taxis all the time. no table on balcony but this was rectified after I asked. typical poor room fridge with no possibility of making ice and no tea/coffee facilities. Pool towels not available poolside have to get at reception and return them there otherwise E25 charge!

It was a lovely modern hotel and all rooms had very big windows and balconies. They also had a lovely swimming pool which the children and grown-ups enjoyed.
nothing!!

The hotel is located on the top of the hill. Temperature was 35C so that was a big challenge to walk up there. Beautiful sea and marine view. Swimming pool closed at 7pm. Could be open a
bit longer. Hotel clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast. I can recommend that place , stay was really nice but the walk from town to hotel was exhausting.

I can’t thank your receptionist enough for arranging a boat trip for me from the harbour to Pandora and Stromboli. It was a memorable day out.
And also your restaurant staff for letting me have a meal when I got back from the boat trip, quite late
