Nice swimming pool. Pleasant and helpful staff. Fairly close to the airport.
Hot water a little cool for showering. Towels a little tired.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was bright and big and had good air con. The bathroom was large and the shower had hot water. The location suited us perfectly for the airport and bus station. We only stayed one night so didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice!

The room has a good aircon, the hostel is secure. Location is good for airport
They only serve food on certain days which is odd. Not much to do as TV didn’t work, staff not the best at suggesting food we could get outside hostel. Not great vibe

The hostel requires renovation (especially furniture). U should not book a street facing room.

Close to airport
Friendly staff
Room didn’t have a balcony as mentioned.
Room wasn’t clean (stains everywhere on the walls, hair all over the bed, …).

Very friendly staff. Close to the airport. Good wifi.
Unfortunately on the breakfast table everything is single use plastic; plastic plates, plastic fork/knife/spoon, plastic cups, foam cups, butter and jam in small plastic containers…. this really shocked me! a disaster in terms of environmental protection and plastic avoidance. And a reason I would not book again.

I only stayed one night, but the staff were very nice and accommodating of my 11pm arrival. Comfortable, clean rooms with plenty of space.
Breakfast. The eggs were fine, but the other foods were subpar.

Room was spacious and TV had CNN International. Front desk were keen to assist with issues after I'd reported them but never mentioned anything on check-in. They were also helpful with guidance on transport and area.
Extra charge for payment by credit card which was not spelled out on Booking listing and only came up in a message from the property which I didn't catch before checking in. Staff did not mention it when I checked in and they asked for payment. Balcony and coffee/tea maker were mentioned in room description but in fact I had an internal room with the one window facing a solid wall and no coffee maker. Bathroom was pretty basic but functional. The hotel is on a busy main road and there was a lot of traffic noise in the room from the window from about 7am on. Breakfast was basic but ok.

I often arrive very late at night- there's always someone there to meet me. The staff are super reliable and helpful.
