decepcionante

el apartamento esta muy deteriorado , aunque superficialmente limpio. La decoración es pésima. el dormitorio principal se encuentra en la cocina .

On est arrivé tard et on a dû se lever tôt. Mais ça va la mer juste à côté, c'était bien.

Le monsieur était gentil, il nous a donné les bonnes informations pour tout. Le calme de l'endroit et les fleurs du monsieur étaient belles.

On savait pas qu'il y avait pas de serviettes pour la toilette.

Disappointing

Good location, efficient heating, private parking and plenty of hot water

Initial advertising photos misleading. Nowhere comfortable to sit. Property very tired. Saggy uncomfortable mattress and poor pillows. Damp mould on walls of bedroom and bathroom needs attention.

Ok for a night, wouldn't stay longer. Bathroom/kitchen need updating, generally seems half finished

Location is good for getting to the beach

Property appears to be unfinished, looks ok, but bathroom, kitchen and exterior need updating. Host didn't answer his phone on arrival, which was a bad start.

Pleasant

Accepted dogs and close to a dog friendly beach (5 minutes walk). Little patio at the front of apartment where you could sit, but it wasn't very private. Off-road parking for the van was useful.

Grotty bathroom, needs a good clean. Lacked adequate sound proofing between the apartment and the owner's apartment above (footsteps and furniture scraping, and a young child crying). Also it desperately needs mosquito screens on the windows, and a fan. Even at the end of September it was very hot inside, but I couldn't leave the windows open because the mosquitos are vicious. 75 euros plus 15 euros cleaning fee (and 10 euros for a towel, thank goodness I took my own!). Seems expensive off-peak given the basic nature of the accommodation.

Great short break in Leucate Plage

The location for the beach is superb. The property is outstanding value for money, only slight downside is the bedroom is extremely warm at night, with no air-conditioning. But overall a great place to stay, good self-catering facilities.

Air-conditioning in the bedroom, would make a huge difference.
