Outstanding guest house and we would not stay in another when returning to Weymouth!

Location is perfect. We stayed in room 6 on the 2nd floor which was beautiful and the view was 10/10. The room was spotless and one of the comfiest stays we have had. We used Quayside for breakfast and sat outside overlooking the harbour. Beautiful spot. The hosts were great and we will definitely be back!

I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Glen and Greg were very communicative and helpful. They have lots of good connections and recommendations in town. They allowed us to check in at an earlier time and welcomed us upon arrival. The place is located between the beach and the harbour so you can have easy access to both. We stayed in the top floor overlooking the harbour. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The property looks so much better than the photos advertised. The booking also includes good breakfast options from the quayside bar which is a 3 minute walk from the house. We followed Greg and Glen’s recommendation to take the boat from Jurassic Rib rides to Lulworth cove in the am and then walked back from there to Weymouth. It was such an adventure. I would book this place again!

Great location, we were slightly dubious about the 3rd party breakfast but it was superb.

Ideally located, everything you need is within a matter of minutes.

No negatives.

I did not meet anyone all week and could just leave my key as I left. Very smooth and efficient.

Being contacted on the day to say the room was available early. The green ethos, the warm welcome and explanation, free postcards and availability of replenishment for coffee etc.

The duvet was too warm for hot summer. Could a sheet be provided? Should have asked at the time as I am sure it would have been.

A quiet, comfortable and convenient place to stay

Excellent reception from the owners. Made to feel very welcome. Very convenient for the events that I was attending.

I understand the limitations of the building and its location, but more convenient car parking and breakfast facilities would have been appreciated! However, one of the proprietors did assist me with my bags on leaving by carrying my bags to my car which was parked several hundred yards away. Quiet and comfortable. Will stay again when next in Weymouth!

Great location and very nice hosts.

Great location - walking distance to the beach. The hosts were most welcoming and accommodating. Comfy bed. Hosts caring for environment and sustainability.

Parking was paid and a short walk away. The room felt cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The shower pressure was very low.

Simply great stay!

Wonderful host couple! Second stay here and just as good as the 1st! Room is exceptionally clean and fresh. Good selection of tea and coffee, and ethically sourced toiletries. I was also given a lovely welcome back gift on my return! Above and beyond 😀

Very friendly and helpful hosts . A lovely old building with lots of character . Spotlessly clean with a lot of attention to detail .Plenty of storage space . Good size room and tv . Very comfortable bed and seating area . Amazing views of the sea from our room on the second floor through a large bay window. Very centrally located to the beach and town .

Wi fi was poor but we were informed of this on arrival and it was not an issue for us .

fabulous accommodation in a prime location.

my husband and I stayed here for a week in August. we had room 5 which was a lovely room with a fabulous view of the harbour. the room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Greg and Glen are such lovely guys, really friendly and helpful. the extra touches in the rooms are so thoughtful and generous. we loved our stay and will be back next time we visit Weymouth.

Location was excellent. Great value for money. Especially liked the fact we had a fridge in our room, top marks for that! Owner's were friendly and helpful, especially good were WhatsApp recommendations of where to park, go, things to do.

Everything was very good comfortable bed cleanness was exceptional and gave you free gifts of beer,wine.chocolate bars and thermal cups for you to take away a good size mini fridge with glass front also it was very quiet considering it was not far from the arcade area would recommend and the hosts were very helpful and friendly

Lovely stay all round

The little quirks chocolate wine and a beer postcards to write with stamp on and flasks to take home. The view was brilliant. Harbour and beach on doorstep. Would stsy again

Very cosy Guesthouse with awesome location.

The room is a good size and very comfortable. It’s an almost perfect location and the owners are extremely nice! They even stored our luggage for us after we’d checked out.

My only tiny little complaint is that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good.

Gregg and Glen are outstanding hosts. The welcome we received was so lovely and they made our entire stay a delight. The location of the property was fantastic, so close to the beach and loads of pubs and restaurants in the area. The room was stunning and spotless. We will book with them straight away next time we're in Weymouth.

We felt very welcomed by gregg and glen the room was very clean and comfortable with all homely touches like postcards left with stamps on mugs left for us to use and take home as a gift some chocolate left in the room for us and the fridge in the room was a great touch I have got to say that we have no complaints about this hotel at all I would highly recommend it and will definitely be going back there and the location it's so close to everything thanks again gregg and glen
