Very good location where it’s possible to see Manila real scene just outside it. Very friendly staff and super clean. I’ve stayed here many times and for long periods and can only recommend it, feels like home.

The place is clean, very comfortable to stay with, and the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. In fact, we've extended our stay for two more days. If I would be here again, I would stay in this place again.
None. The place and staffs are great.

The common space and free breakfast!
The location is a little bit difficult to get there if you use public transportation from airport, but if you use the grab, no problem about that.

Homely
No hostel vibes! No tour suggestions ; lot of restrictions ; I think not recommended for social gathering

Love the reception - easy late check in procedures
Strategic areas close to street foods, cafes, SM megamall and clubs.
This area is not occupied by tourists, mainly has locals going about their usual daily lives, which is very good for cultural and foodie immersion.
I got a pasalubong from the reception upon checkout. The lady is so sweet!
Much closer to airport compared to BGC areas.
The roads at night are a little dodgy, but it's okay to walk alone provided we practise basic safety precautions, but since we take joy ride or grab, that shouldn't be an issue.

The location is great and in the area not so touristic. if you are not in a party or night life this is the great place to stay.
There are so many options that you can eat around and it’s so close to metro station. if you are gonna take bus from Cubao also it is close.
Sometimes the guest make the room so cold with AC. They provide thin blanket but won’t be enough but you can always asked the second blanket.
The airport is not close as Makati but it’s not a big deal. It’s easy to reach from airport as well.

Hey there! If you're on the lookout for a cozy and relaxing place to stay in Manila, let me tell you about my experience at Crossroads Hostel.
First of all, I have to give a big shout-out to Ems, the admin staff, and Joyce, one of the staff members. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Whether I needed recommendations for places to eat or help figuring out transportation, they were always there to help. Seriously, they're the best!
Aside from the amazing staff, I really appreciated the peaceful vibes at Crossroads Hostel. It's a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring Manila. I also loved how cozy the place felt - it's the kind of hostel where you can really kick back and relax.
All in all, I had a really good time at Crossroads Hostel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chill spot to stay in Manila. Thanks again to Ems and Joyce for making my stay so enjoyable!

Everything is likable. The first hostel I've encountered that has piano (Upright) and other musical instruments. Location is great, just 10 minutes walk to Megalmall. Love it!

It was comfortable
Don't believe the reviews. Location is NOT good. Even the taxi driver was like wtf are you doing there. It is far from the city centre, far from the beach, far from the airport, even far from the area where many backpackers stay which is Makati. It took me 2 trains and a total of 1hour 50 minutes to make it to Intramuros, which is where there is some touristy stuff to see. I actually liked Manila in the end, but switched hostel straight away.

2 good quality pillows & comfortable mattress, the Aircon was too cold for me but I was given another blanket, appreciated!
Free water, tea, coffee. Comfortable common area with plenty of seating. Key to front door and room, felt very safe.
The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely people 😊
Surrounding area has plenty of local food places, shops, metro station, tricycle station, and the giant SM mall is ~7mins away on foot.
The only downside I can think of is that there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers per gender, so I imagine that in busy periods it might not be enough.

Nice hostel, peaceful hostel if that is what you are after. Little far away from the main things to do in Manila so keep that in mind.

Coming back here is always great. It is my fifth time and all the staff welcomed with a big smile and attention. Elsa prepared my bed with an extra blanket, she remembered that from my last stay, those are details that touch your heart. Thank you Kristoffer, Ana, Elsa and Grace, is great to get back to the good places. See you guys
