Very nice location. Loved the garden and the room. Very clean and great hosts.

Amazing family hotel surrounded by lemon grove. Tasty breakfast and dinner (we ordered half-board). Always two main courses are available as options. Menu was changed every day and was always impressive. Very friendly and supportve management, attentive staff determined to make your stay careless. Very good pool with mineral water. As far as I undestand, all rooms have either sea view or mountain view. Excellent design of the rooms, all renovated. 15 minutes by feet to famous thermal spa Poseidon. Bus stop is just 5 min from the hotel, you can reach any point of interest on the island.
Hotel is located on the hill slope: it's good because of remoteness and striking views but might be also the problem as the ascent from the beach is rather steep and takes ~15 min.

This place not only met but totally exceeded our expectations so we ended up staying 6 nights instead of 4 originally booked. The charming property is run by the sweetest family, from the kind and sweet Maria that makes the most delicious cakes for breakfast and funny Gennaro in the restaurant to the friendly and so accommodating receptionist, everyone was so hospitable that they made us feel at home. The room was sparkling clean with daily housekeeping, the most stunning view from the spacious terrace. We had breakfast (there are both salty and sweet options and excellent fresh coffee) and dinner at the property and everything we tried was delicious and made of the highest quality, fresh produce since they grow their own fruit and veggies. Last but not least, we really enjoyed hanging out at the spacious pool area which had a view at the sea and the fact that the nearest bus stop was only a few meters away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this charming villa for relaxing, peaceful vacations and a taste of the authentic italian way of living.

This place is perfect! It’s a family-owned hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden that is within walking distance to the island’s largest thermal bath. It’s seriously magical. Stay here!

Location is good , the hotel is located close to the bus stop and the thermal park, but you need to consider that hôtel is located on the hill and to climb up to the top is very steep . The dinner was quite good. For breakfast you don’t have big choice : boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, yogurt, ham , bread and pastry. Small amount of fruits which is run very quickly.
Thé waiter in the restaurant was very inpolite and even rude. He is constantly made remarks to the guests that they should not eat a lot. You can have only one drink per person and you will have very rude answer if you ask for more..During 6 days it wasn’t change bed linen even once.

the hotel is located in a beautiful garden, a little uphill. The rooms are clean. Half board excellent. Under the hill (3min) bus stop. To the Poseidon lazne 10-15 min downhill via the Oasis restaurant. If you have a car or scooter, the travel is easier.

The family running the hotel is extremely kind, the room had everything we needed, pool area was beautiful and clean. Close to the bus stop. shuttle service to the beach. We will definitely come back!
The cleaning lady was a little too eager for us to check out before the latest check out time.

Dinner was very delicious, like in a restaurant! Thanks to the chief 😋 I enjoyed their garden, I had perfect sunsets from their rooftop on the bay of Citara. Everything is blossoming, fresh, good looking and smells so great. They have their own green salads, they grow various veggies, also homemade wine. My room was specious enough and clean with half view on the sea. I had some internet at the table to work when needed. It's about 15 min to walk down from the hill to the beach and Poseidon thermal park. On the way you will see unforgivable views. Very lovely 😊

Hotel Villa Cimmentorosso is an exceptionally good, family-run hotel and every member of the staff gave their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Every problem was dealt with right there and then, in an effective and friendly manner.
Breakfast and dinner exceeded my expectations. There was always a variety of tasty food on offer, all locally grown and traditionally prepared.
Rooms were properly cleaned every day and Wi-Fi worked well. Location of the hotel is amazing - close to the Citara Beach and with the nearest bus stop (that connects you to anywhere on the island) being just 2 minutes away from the hotel.

This place was great. Breakfasts were tasty, part of it were yummy homemade cakes. For dinner we got appetizer, two delicious meals (yes TWO) and ice cream or fresh fruit. Room was very confortable and clean with own bathroom and balcony. Personal was friendly and helpful, we got a welcome drink after our arrival.
People in hotel can't speak english, but they try really hard to understand, so it wasn't a big problem.

There was a strong Covid regime in the hotel, especially at breakfast. This is a family-run hotel with a lot of experience and a high level of attention to detail and service. The room was very spacious and was quiet, the mattress comfortable, the bathroom again spacious, and a balcony with a great sunset view. The grounds were covered by vine, I believe the hotel make their own wine. A well maintained swimming pool a great treat after the day at the local beach, which if you walk is about 20 minutes downhill, although back a little longer as is quite steep. We hired a Vespa through reception at 20 Euros a day which took about 3 minutes of my life to organise. Thank you. The breakfast was generous although because of Covid rules a little awkward at times, that is understandable in the current climate. Unfortunately, we did not sample the dinner. The hotel is highly recommended.
Staff do not speak any English, and for people without transport expect a walk up a steep hill from local restaurants, beach and mini markets but to compensate the reception do a local shuttle.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. We unfortunately don’t speak much Italian but they always helped us. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast was good. Close to beach and bus stops. Room was clean and had nice balcony.
Up a steep hill!
