Bien. Le falta modernizarse e inversion

Dentro de todo es funcional pero esta muy dejada en el tiempo por lo que representa como hotel en la ceiba. Lo destacable sin dudas es la atencion del personal sobretodo de recepcion muy amables y atentos.

La habitacion era antigua, la ducha no era con buena presion, el wifi no funcionaba salvo que te acercaras a la puerta. La tv antigua igual que el mobiliario.

Lo mejor de todo es la piscina

Las instalaciones están siempre impecables y la piscina tiene agua muy limpia

La comida del restaurante no cumplió mis expectativas y tardaban mucho en atender en el área social

We were able to travel to a good beach, river, and hotsprings. Had to leave to have fun.

The restaurant had very good food. It was expensive but it was good quality. The staff was friendly and were very attentive.

The pictures of the hotel do not give the true conditions. The beach is almost nonexistent after hurricanes. The interior of the hotel is poorly painted. The pool was always cloudy with a sunscreen sheen on the top of the water.

great place to relax and enjoy with the family, will be back for sure

the staff was the best, specially our waiter during breakfast. The location is amazing, the rooms are supper comfortable and clean. the view from the room is great.

the pool needs some maintenance, the tiles inside the pool had came off, the breakfast selection is good but could be more diverse, like include cereal for the kids.

exploring around

location as it was right at the beach. the greatest staff at the restaurant in this trip hands down, Alejandro was incredible he was our server two of the three days were there and he was amazing! kind attentive and paid attention in detail to our needs super incredible my 4 year old daughter loves him!

no convenient Store on site, and no much activities for tourist going on on site either.

this was a horrendous stay. the food was disgusting, the elevator didn’t work, there were roaches in the room, there was construction across the room therefore I couldn’t sleep

A little piece of paradise in la ceiba

Great value, comfortable beds, the restaurant had great appetizers

From the moment I arrived, staff were super friendly, rooms were nice, I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was delicious

I don't recommend Quinta Real, is too expesinve for the poor service, I think I pay for the location

The breakfast was very good, it was the only good thing.

We have to chance twice the room, First of all, my children's bathroom was locked and they couldn't open it, The staff changed our room and the air conditioning didn't work, the telephone didn't work and the room was dirty, they changed our room again and the curtains were torn and we didn't have towels.

Very good

The breakfast was excellent, I only had a bowl of fruits and a cup of coffee, since I was taking the ferry to Roatan; nevertheless the food and the service was great.

There's are things in the facility that haven't been well maintained. This used to be a very high end location in La Ceiba. The Maintenance shouldn't be neglected.

Great hotel on the beach

The breakfast, comfy beds, balcony with a view and the pool were all great!

The loud techno music that could be heard everywhere! I love to read by the pool, and the music was annoying!

Food from the hotel restaurant was nice. There are a few restaurants close to the hotel. The view of the ocean from the hotel was also very pleasent.

Very poor wifi signal from inside the rooms, practically non existent. Very loud music from the pool area at random times, even with the windows closed.

The building itself is beautiful.

Upon arrival the room wasn't ready. Stated they needed to clean it. Made me sign a document stating they weren't responsible for stolen goods and then left my luggage in the middle of the lobby. Told me to wait no instructions as to where I could wait nothing. After 30 minutes of waiting after going through a 45 minute wait as they were poorly prepared for check in. I received a key to go to the room. It was a self discovery process to the find the room no assistance to find the room was provided. When I got to the room the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. The phone in the room didn't work, so I cleaned the bathroom myself. I recommend bringing water as this is very difficult to find. I was very fortunate that the security guard was extremely nice and shared his water with me. They say there's front desk staff but they really don't want to help and they are rarely present. When I finally found a front desk staff I asked for water they told me to go to the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant I have no idea how to get served this place is very odd. In the end couldn't get food nor water at hotel. I highly recommend using Hugo it seems to be the only way to access food or water at the hotel. When you go to the beach in front wear shoes not sandals there is broken alcohol bottles everywhere. Will definitely cut your feet if wearing sandals. I think this isn't a high end hotel as advertised. I was treated far nicer at the Quinta in La Ceiba compared to the Quinta Real. I would say it's maybe a 2 star hotel. If it wasn't for the security guard being such an exceptionally nice individual my stay would have been hell - couldn't sleep because my head was throbbing from dehydration. The place isn't vegetarian friendly.....as a matter of fact outside of the security guards the place is not friendly.
