The host was very helpful, he picked us up at the busstop and gave us lots of information about the region.

At first it was overwhelming to pick a hotel because everywhere seemed good and we didn’t know the area. So we chose Belnina and so, so glad we did. Belnina was a perfect place to stay in Echoland. As others said, Taka was an exceptional host and delivered best advice about where to ski, rent, and eat (try the ramen place- so good!) the location was perfect, 2 min walk to rental company, bus, and delicious restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and inviting, the breakfast was perfect, and we loved the private onsen after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend you stop scrolling and just book this place!
Everything was wonderful.

Taka was a great and friendly host who gave us loads of useful information. The location was perfect for easy access to shops, rainbow rental and shuttle bus to the slopes. Thank you again!

the owner Yutakasan is the best I have so far. he’s very welcoming and assisted us with whatever we need during our stay (from helping us to book for a taxi in the middle of the night, to lend me some of the skiing equipment) & the location is very near to the slope shuttle bus stop, the property is clean, warm, cozy and very homey.
the breakfast was execellent!
they also have a private onsen in the property. super highly recommended to stay here!

Very welcoming host who certainly went above and beyond. Tuka cooked the most wonderful breakfast each morning, happy to give advice about the ski slopes and town and always had the onsen’s ready to enjoy at the end of each day. We felt welcome and right and home, certainly can’t fault anything and wouldn’t look anywhere else to stay if we were to come back to Niseko.

The host Toka was very personable and went out of his way to help us with skiing, transport, restaurants and more. The hotel is very close to the centre of Echoland where there are many restaurants, bus stops for the ski fields and ski rental stores. There are two hot springs / onsens at the property which guests can use privately any time in the afternoon. We had an amazing stay at Pension Belnina and highly recommend it

Taka is an absolutely amazing host, helped us out with anything we needed help with such as sorting lift passes, helping us to get to and from the train station and booking restaurants. The private onsen were great to relax in after a days skiing and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The room was a good size and very comfortable. If we could give it more than 10 out of 10 we would!

The property had a large lounge that was inviting as additional facility to relax, watch a large library of DVDs and Italian cookbooks. Guests are treated to a choice of two hot springs onsens. Belnina was close to all vicinity of resorts and check out the coffee hut, Satoru about 3min walk away North.
nothing to say for any dislikes.

Everything. Beautiful rooms and commons room, wonderful private onsen, AMAZING breakfasts, and the most generous and friendly hosts. Yutakasan went of his way to really make sure we had the best trip to Hakuba. A wonderful, homely, stay.

Taka was the most amazing host we could've had. From the start he was extremely helpful and responsive using the messaging through booking.com. we had to change our dates last minute and there was no issue. Breakfast delicious with a different meal every day topping the day before,.probably best breakfast we've ever had. He gave us guides to the area, helped figured transport to the slopes and back which was a 3 minute walk for a free shuttle from the hotel. He even gave us a ride to the bus terminal.
The private onsen was a cherry on top after a long day on the slopes.
It's a nice cozy place, great for a weekend away.
Beds are twins and a bit hard, but nothing deal breaking. Rooms and bathroom small but that is typical Japanese standard.

Yutaka san, the owner, was so awesome. He’s a Hakuba expert and knows all the ins and outs. Very hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and private onsen after a day of skiing was a key touch. Great value, though beds are a bit uncomfortable.
