Muy Cómodo, amplio, con aire acondicionado, limpio, lugar seguro, estacionamiento cerrados, amplia terraza.

Que no me dieran boleta, que se entregaba servicio de mucama y no fue (se solicitó para las 12 y a las 14:18 hr se informó que no iría)….que no tienen facilidades de pago solo transferencia.

we didn't stay there. Host cancelled our reservation because of renovations. We didn't get info until day before our arrival. Made it difficult to book at the last minute.

The key was in a box at the door of the apt., and previous communication with the owner confirmed the location/access. The concierge is excellent but does not control the apt.

Two drains were somewhat blocked; I cleaned one and notified the owner. Otherwise all ok...very quiet and a good place to get my work done, plus the apt. is very comfortable with adequate kitchen utensils, etc.

The apartment was clean and has a great view.

The pool was closed but I understand it was due to the covid crisis.

Nice apartment, generally. Safe parking in gated area. Nice sunset view over Talca from balcony. Good bed. Good hot water shower. Good WiFi. Good a/c. Lots of TV channels in different languages.

Some of the kitchen utensils were not as clean as we wished to find them. Batteries in TV remote control were empty. Some trash, broken items and other stuff in lower, not used cupboards.
