The territory is clean and very cozy, there's fast access to the beach and a great grocery store nearby (and when I say great it's really great, it has an excellent choice of products) and a nice, cozy restaurant with a great menu (everything starting from pizzas and pastas up to oysters).
All the houses have all the required facilities on the kitchen which was really great as we needed them all for cooking. In one of the houses we had the floor was heated which is a nice bonus since we brought two small kids and even for adults it's alwats a peasure. The barbecue area is there right next to the cottage as well.
You can also get access to a small sauna for an additional fee and relax even more.
I had a feeling all rooms are sound proof to an extend - e.g. we could hear a little bit our neighbours on the same floor but we never heard the neighbours from the 1st floor. The area itself is very calm and secluded.
There are some things which have puzzled us a bit or left a sour impression:
- the owners are very careful about their electricity bills which is totally understandable, however one may be a bit friendlier when implying we use too much electricity OR just increase the prices to feel more comfortable yourself.
- there're no baby cribs or feeding chairs, we had to rent cribs and bring them all the way down from Vilnius. We asked the hosts about the cribs in advance but they answered that normally kids of that age sleep with their parents. It's also a bit weird not to keep a feeding chair when a nearby restaurant has 5 (!) of them available.
- the photos were a bit misleading, we had an impression that we will have adjacent rooms for all 7 people, but in reality - 3 people were in one cottage, and the rest had two rooms in another cottage. It was highly inconvenient because we had common food that was not so easily distributed between two kitchens and two cottages. Moreover celebrating NY was a bit of a challenge when you actually have to leave babies in one cottage and celebrate in the other one (the cottage we had with kids was also partially occupied by other people). My suggestion to the owners is to be more explicit with large companies on how they will be accommodated.
- the main cottage which was occupied by our three friends had a shower in an adjacent building - so, in wnter you would actually have to fully dress up to get there, get shower, then again dress up in your coat to get back to the cottage. Inconvenient for winter time but I guess is not a problem at all for summer.
- we also used the sauna for an additional fee - the sauna is very clean, very well maintained, the only suggestion here is to improve the area outside of the sauna so you have more place to sit and relax as one cannot spend an hour in 90+C sauna, you need to get out from time to time and sit somewhere, a small bench there won't do the job fully.

Hosts are very friendly and accommodating, very clean, very comfortable bed and spacious apartment, two en suite bathrooms, comfortable dining table. The tap water does not smell unlike in many other places. The wide and nice fine sandy beach is in easy walking distance. Private secure parking inside gates. There is a barbeque area with table in the garden.
We could hear a little noise from the apartment above us, it did not bother us, but if you are very sensitive it might disturb a little. Payment was with bank transfer which we had accidentally overlooked at first because all other properties we had booked handled payment through credit card.
