My Family and I really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento and these accommodations were amongst the best of our stay in Italy. The proximity to the Beaches and other attractions made getting around so easy!
Mario and Bruno were both very gracious and attentive hosts, who from our online booking thru our departure remained responsive to all our inquiries. Great restaurant recommendations!!!

Our family loved it! We spent 3 nights in Sorrento and this was a perfect spot for us. The location was ideal - our kids (early 20s/teens) could go down easily for dinner and to shop. The neighborhood was so safe and the location was **perfect**. There are groceries on the way home from the town center so you can easily pick up breakfast or snacks. You are close to the train station. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations - including the best tip which was to take the elevator to the beach :) Would definitely stay here again!

Mario and Bruno were wonderful hosts. Extremely accommodating. Bruno had great recommendations for local restaurants and tours. Apartment is in walking distance of Sorrento sites and restaurants. Comfortable beds and a light cleaning service.

We enjoyed this immaculately clean, modern, and well equipped apartment conveniently located in Sorrrento. Easy walking to train station, central Sorrento, and the shoreline. Communications from Mario and Bruno were excellent but because our phones were limited to wi-fi, we were not as responsive as we could have been - be sure to get at least a data-sim card when you visit Italy! The weather in mid-November was perfect and Pompeii and Herculaneum and the Circumvesuviana trains were less crowded and more comfortable than in the hot peak summer season. (The downside was that at the end of Sorrento's tourist season some better restaurants were starting to shut down for their winter breaks. But enough were still open to provide options. And bakeries and groceries were nearby.) The only caution is that even though the apartment is on the building's top floor, there was a fair amount of traffic noise from the road if the windows were left open. We would stay again and recommend the apartment highly.

This flat was a great location with Sorrento as our base. Everything we did was within walking distance. Starting with the bus from Naples airport which took us to the train station in Sorrento. We then picked up some breakfast at the market around the corner and walked into the old part of Sorrento every day for our meals and shopping. When we went on tours of Pompeii, Capri, and the Amalfi coast, we simply met at a point that was within walking distance and either took a a bus, train, or boat to our destination. The best thing about our stay was Bruno!! He was basically like a concierge, giving us restaurant recommendations and helping us with all the little things that came up during our stay! All and all it was a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this rental!

The flat was as described - comfortable and only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Sorrento. It had everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed there.
The shower is a little small, but it worked just fine.
The flat is located in an apartment building and I was able to hear the neighbor, right next door watching TV until about 10:30 pm, but I was still able to fall asleep.
The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook.
Bruno, answered all our questions and was quick to respond when we needed him.

This apartment in the heart of Sorrento was perfect for our family of 4 (daughters 21 and 17). The apartment was clean, cozy and convenient for everything we needed. There is a nice market just around the corner. The apartment is walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has automatic wooden shades on every window so the apartment can turn very dark for restful sleep!
Our host (Bruno) was fantastic! He was very accommodating with stellar communication. He gave us a wonderful list of delicious restaurants. We hope to stay here again!!
One note which was clearly included in the description but you may want to consider is sleeping arrangements in the second bedroom: very nice bedroom and single bed but the additional single in the twin bedroom (pulls out from under bed) is smaller so it will work well for young children but not as well for older children. One of our daughters slept on the couch which was fine just fyi.

The place was very nice and quite close to the bustling areas while just far enough away from it. Parking was also readily available close by (for a Sorrento price). We very much enjoyed our time and felt right at home. Will a baby and too many bags we also appreciated the elevator, a rarity on our trip.
3 things to note:
Make note of the cleaning fee and confirm what that covers. It was a shock on arrival as we had overlooked it but the. We’re surprised by some level of daily service.
Take time to learn the A/C controls especially the sweep function otherwise it is very localized and hard to balance.
It would be nice if they fix the master bed. It dips considerably on the entry side. We never did report it so won’t hold it against them.

Bruno met us and provided a great orientation . There is a wine store just up the street that sells wine from vats by the liter. The Primitvo was as good as as I've had anywhere and it was 3 euros . There's a grocery store next door . It's an easy walk to the train station .and to almost every place you want to go in Sorrento . The place was clean ,comfortable ,quiet ,and about as convenient as you can get .

Excellent apartment in excellent location
This apartment is in a residential area a few minutes' walk from the centre. This was our third stay in Sorrento and the best location yet. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and responded promptly to any communications.
The apartment is clean, well decorated, comfortable with all mod cons including balcony. The beds are great and there are proper shutters on the windows keep the apartment cool.
The apartment is above a little salumeria which is handy for bread, meats, yoghurt etc in the morning for breakfast. There is a pizzeria across the road which does not look terribly inviting but does a decent margherita for Euro4.50 which was a God send at 11.00pm at night!
Overall, I would have no hesitation is recommending this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Sorrento. I found it great value for money and would happily stay there again!

Great location, nice apartment
We loved our stay in Sorrento! The apartment was good sized, well appointed (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, tableware, flatware, etc.) and clean. It was a bonus that the house cleaner came everyday! Mario (the apartment manager) was amazing - he made sure we had all of the information we needed, gave us good advice about where to go, how to get there and when, and he went above and beyond in every way. For example, my son needed to see a doctor when we were there, and he got us in touch with a local doctor. He even helped us pay a parking ticket after we left, because we couldn’t figure out how to do it online! He was really exceptional.
The only issues we had with the apartment were the beds - the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and the one in the smaller bedroom had been advertised as having a pull out bed. But when we got there, we realized we couldn’t use it, so one of my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. If you don’t need a third bed, or if you don’t mind using the sofa bed, it is perfect.
Overall, it was a great apartment, good location, and we would highly recommend it.

Great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and how welcoming Mario was. Daily cleaning was a bonus and the flat is easy walking distance to the city center. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was a bit tricky but Mario helped out upon arrival.

Wonderful stay in a great location
My friend and I spent 3 nights here in May 2018. The apartment is centrally located in a great area, a very short walk from the main Piazza. It has a large balcony, it's well appointed and we both enjoyed having our own bedrooms for a few nights on this long Italian trip we were on. We used the washing machine and drying rack outside which was great after many days of travel. Everything in the apartment worked wonderfully and with the automated blinds down at night the apartment was pretty quiet despite being in the heart of things. But most of all, Mario, the owner was SO easy to work with and so kind. Also, Monica, the housekeeper was very kind as well. Additionally, Sorrento in general is lovely and so are the people there. I'd highly recommend renting this flat; you will not be disappointed!

Brand new renovation
Mario is extremely professional. He will provide bus and ferry schedules before you arrive. He is prompt and very responsive to messaging over the HomeAway app. He provided a list of restaurants and made reservations for us. Mario even went out of his way to call the ferry we had booked for departure because he was unfamiliar with the company. It turned out he knew the owner who was just starting a new ferry service. He certainly showed great interest in a smooth, comprehensive trip experience for us. The apartment itself is great. It’s very new and shiny. The air conditioning is superb. The bed is ok. The clothes washer works very well, but there is no dryer so we had to lay out our clothes all around the apartment, but we were very happy to be able to clean the clothes. Most dried completely overnight. The location is about 3 American blocks from the main pedestrian street and located directly on the main commercial street about 4-5 blocks from the train station, the only one in town from which the Circumvesuviana and Campania Express (both use same track but C.E. has fewer stops) end. Two blocks from a grocery store. I would recommend this place to everyone! There is a second small bedroom with a twin bed in it, so you could bring a third wheel with you...or 2 small kids or one big kid.

Couldn’t be more convenient for access to everything you want to do. Restaurants, cafes, shops, marina grande, ferries, trains and buses all just a few minutes walk away. The flat has everything you might need to enjoy your stay in Sorrento. Thanks Mario, we will be back!

Clean, safe easy walk to city square, shops, cafe, church and beach. Mario is an excellent manager everything in apartment worked efficiently. If you rent this apartment you will be very pleased.

All was as advertised!
Stayed here 6 nights using as base for visiting area sights. Clean, modern, well kept unit with lots of features. Ten minutes from train station. In a residential area, with groceries available very nearby. Also a short walk to historic city center, 15 minutes walk to the Marina Piccola for boat trips. Fairly quiet at night for being above busy streets. Landlord, Mario, very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were welcome and we found good food there. This is a fifth floor apartment and the small elevator did not always work. Be prepared to climb five flights with bags. Neighboring buildings undergoing stucco resurfacing --noisy daytime activity. Check with landlord before renting if this will be a day time issue for your visit. Wasn't for us as we were out during daytime hours for the most part. Would recommend this apartment to friends, and we would stay here again.

Great property, location, and Host!
A trip to such a beautiful place was made so much better because of the host, Mario, and the property. Mario was such a great host and a gentleman. He has a really nice property in a perfect location. From booking the property to getting there, Mario kept in contact and gave great recommendations for our trip to Sorrento and also in and around Sorrento.
Traveling with my family, we felt safe in the flat and in the neighboring areas. Everything is a short walk away.
The property was is great shape and clean. All the amenities were there, as well as a cleaning person to tidy up after us. I would highly recommend Mario and his properties to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

Great location,a good host who suggested many good restaurants and things to do .Several times we went out in the early morning and we came home to find the dishes had been done.....a bonus after being out in a summer's day.We would stay here again.

The apartment is exactly what you see VERY CLEAN. It’s close to everything, great location and Mario is on top of everything. He’ll give you local knowledge on places to go, eat, see and suggestions on things you shouldn’t waist your time on. Great location; Friendly host; Comfortable unit
Mario was very helpful orienting us to town and making restaurant and adventure recommendations. He was responsive when I texted questions. The unit is very clean and has everything as promised (except the tumble dryer - we used the clothes line). I recommend this for anyone visiting Sorrento who wants to feel like a local while having easy access to all the tourist spots and more.

No better place in Sorrento
Everything in the listing is true to how the flat was. It was newly renovated, and situated very close to the main square of town and about a 10 minute walk to the beach & train station. The flat is one building down from the best wine shop in Sorrento and there's a car/scooter rental next door as well. The property was clean, well-maintained; just a little difficult to find at the start of the trip. The cleaning service nearly everyday was great. They kept our flat looking brand new and they were always cheerful and tried to talked to us even though they barely spoke English. Anytime we had a problem whether it be with air-conditioning, Wifi, etc. - the response was immediate and the problem fixed. Great place, great price, great management - We loved our stay in Sorrento, and this apartment was a driving factor.
