Reception staff and wait staff were very helpful. Food was delicious. Kitchenette and refrigerator were useful. We had a wonderful dinner at the rooftop Stara Loza restaurant. Very convenient location for all the walks in Old Town and access to transportation outside the gates.
We had a corner room on a lower level so it was sometimes noisy from the pedestrians and their roller bags. However, the room was quiet for sleeping.

Amazing location, minutes from everywhere! Staff were exceptional, helping with every request very quickly.
A bit loud in the mornings as work going on outside the hotel but was perfect apart from that!

People were very nice .
Breakfast could have been more varied.

the hotel is situated in the heart of the old town just one street back from the Main Street. inside, the property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. the staff are simply amazing and just so lovely
this is where I am conflicted. the room we had was on the first floor at the front of the building above reception. it was beautifully clean and decorated with a local artists art. we had booked a double bed. the first night we realized that our double bed was two single beds pushed together. this is normally not a problem as hotels do this often and then put a mattress topper over them to make it comfortable. however, this had not happened and also the beds kept drifting apart. so for the first night we were in single beds. when we spoke to the staff they were very apologetic and said that it would be sorted. when we returned to the hotel later that day the beds had been secured together but no mattress topper so effectively we were still sleeping in two single beds as there was a hard ridge down the middle of the bed. When we spoke to the staff they could not have been more apologetic but said that they did not have a mattress topper for the bed. the member of staff arranged a single mattress protector in a single duvet cover which we placed over the top half of the bed. whilst this was by far ideal it was better than nothing. the following morning we were woken at 6 am by staff sitting just outside of reception laughing and talking very loudly, to the point where my partner had to go down and ask them to be quiet. I had a shower and when I came out went to get the towel on stood on a screw that was sticking out of the floor, where I assume a door stopper had been. luckily I was not injured but it could have been very dangerous. my husband and I were very unhappy. Again we spoke to the staff, the poor things were just mortified and said they would speak to management. later when we returned to the hotel they said they had spoken to management and had done something nice for us. when we got to the room the staff had arranged towels in the shape of a swan on the beds. they then came up to the room with two glasses of champagne and two lovely desserts.

Host was great, very friendly and helpful, not inexpensive, but given that it is in the Old City, it is good value for the money.

Very tiny bathroom

in the old town. not difficult to get to with luggages.
the shower head could not be adjusted. the whole bathroom was wet after a shower. host didn’t manage to fix it in time during our stay after we gave them the feedback.

great location and lovely big room with interesting art
the stairs up to the lift

atmospheric large comfortable rooms. great position just off the Main Street old town.
just remember that there are some flights of stairs up to the hotel. though not many for Dubrovnik still a consideration if you have heavy luggage.

Location is great! Staff are pleasant and rooms are clean.
Rooftop Restaurant was booked for private event and the restaurant downstairs would not serve food. this was a reason why I stayed there (especially for the high price).

The breakfast doesn't include water, you can order juices, coffee, tea, but not water (unless you pay extra). The first day the waiter made an exception serving me a glass of water (but highlighting this...). Considering the price of the room I found this silly.
4.3
Good location and 24 hr staff in the lobby. Staff were very nice and helpful. They carried our luggage up and down the stairs.
This is not a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 if that. Room and bed were smaller than the pictures of the Comfort Deluxe room we booked. The elevator starts at the top of a long flight of stairs. This was not disclosed. There is no phone in the room so if you need the staff you have to go down a long flight of stairs to the lobby. The TV controls were a mess. The AC in the room kept going off while we were there even though we had our key in the slot.... The shower didn't work well.

This location if old town is absolutely amazing! We loved being in the middle of this quaint restaurant row just a little above the main square. Our room had great views and the main dining room was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was included and definitely worth it! Delicious! You won’t be sorry you spent a little bit more and stayed in this amazing place.

we stayed at the top room and it was a little hot in June when we stayed there

The receptionist was very nice, professional and helpful. For the price I expected a good nights sleep. Some of the rooms are quiet depending on where they are located.
There was constant noise from the street and restaurant until 130 am and it started again at 530am.

Beautiful room with balcony! close to everything!!
nothing

comfortable bed, cool room, good breakfast
misleading website information about the restaurant.
there is no tasting menu anymore on the terrace.
they use the same menu as the salon.

Excellent location for the Old Town. Restaurant food, staff, views were superb.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was included and it was delicious, a great choice and couldn't be faulted. Lunch was also good. The rooms were beautifully decorated and though small were very comfortable. We were able to leave our bags after checking out as our flights were later in the day. I couldn't recommend the Prijeko Hotel highly enough.
