Should be good after revamp

Nice location and layout. Large rooms with good view.

The rooms are currently under revamp and will be great again once completed. I got an old room which was worn. Still charged a 5 star price though. Had to also move rooms as the original WiFi and Aircon wasn’t working.

The beds are too stiff and rigid. Uncomfortable The bathroom stinks The TV remote control not working The floor is cold - no rugs The coffee machine not working properly

Not the best at all for the money I paid. Also staff members shout at each other at all hours

The rooms are big. The furnishings good quality and it is a nice location.

The staff members can be so rude! On Sunday March 19 around 7p.m. I was served a burger by a super rude waiter! Extremely rude it's like a 5 star place but they are not used to 5 star people. On my way back an uber driver told me the place is frequented by Nigerians and their sex workers and it made sense why we I got treatment of second class citizen I literally had to ask for EVERYTHING 2 or 3 times! Room service is a myth and by the time the person shows up they are super annoyed. I got anxiety before I dialled 100 to ask for anything and the plan had been not to leave my room. Staff members also shout at all hours of the day oblivious to the fact that the lake attracts people who are looking for a place for quiet meditation. Definitely NEVER going back there.

fell in love with the property hence I was returning but my last stay was unpleasant

location, rooms, food services!

the aircon was not serviced, my bag and clothes were wet in the morning from the water dripping from it. there was construction as early as 7 whilst still sleeping. it was unpleasant, I went there to reset but didn’t enjoy much.

The staff, the food is excellent.

The furniture, lights needs to be maintained, and the TV system in the rooms needs to be upgraded.

The cleanliness of the room. Spacious bathroom and room. The food. The outdoor environment was beautiful. Loved the check out time. The friendliness of the staff. The waiters who went out of their way to find us a table since the restaurant was full.

We struggled with closing one of the curtain and called for room service to have it closed, no one came to help us and we slept with the curtain open. Also, the closeness of the restaurant to the rooms. Was expecting to swim, however the pool was empty, no water.

good value for money, food excellent and generally a very enjoyable place to visit

simple, clean, tidy and generally a very relaxed feel about the place

it is I suppose primarily a restaurant/entertainment venue, while the noise died down around 21:00 it was quite load but still have a very pleasant vibe nevertheless

Everything!!! Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms and views. My favourite hotel in all of gauteng. Food is always excellent staff is excellent, the vibe is amazing.

Towels are old in the bathrooms. No small face towels Quality of lotion is poor. Larger and more comfier robes please
