Empfehlenswert und würde auch gerne wieder kommen.

Alles super gewesen. Der Gastgeber war super nett und unkompliziert. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation. Super Lage. Ich würde diese Villa weitermepfehlen. Komme gerne wieder :)

Great location, lovely staff, areas kept clean

Great position, not far from the sea and from Old Town (take the boat man across or it's a lot further to walk). Great for families and the pool is lovely. A lovely mix of cultures stay here as well.

Some things were broken in the apartment and they are easy fixes that should be addressed

Good value for money

Great location, 10-15 min walk to the historic city centre, shops and coffee place 5 mins walk. We loved the pool and the area around it with sun loungers, jacuzzi and a bbq space. The rooms were clean, well equipped and spacious. Our host Boba helped with everything we needed.

There are many rooms in Apartments Villa Zlatko so the pool area can get very busy so not the ideal set up if you're looking for some privacy and quiet space. The rooms are very dark (windows are covered with fixed outside shutters). Small things that could make the stay better is e.g. the pool towels

Exceptional

Modern and clean appartments and a lovely host! We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Location was good, it took about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The view to the sea was very nice! Air conditioning worked well. We warmly recommend this beautiful place!

Very relaxing and would go back. The host is very helpful

Awesome pool and location. Clean amenities

Would be good to have basics in kitchen for cooking. Olive oil, salt and pepper etc. the picture suggested we had a washing machine however it was shared and we had to so although 10 euro for load.

Excellent accomodation in great location.

Quality of building , furnishings and furniture. Extremely clean. Excellent location , walkable distance to lots of interesting places.

Not enough sunbeds around the pool . Noise from large groups staying in other apartment.

Great appartment, excellent restaurants and water views in the city centre. Magical at night

Beautiful apartment with pool at back door. Easy to find, parking outside of apartment. Host came fairly quickly with keys once we called him. Within walking distance into Center of town. Plenty of fantastic restaurants with local produce

Bedding was dirty with hair on dooner, with no spare blankets or clean bedding my daughter was forced to sleep with towels to cover her. We traveled in April so it was still cold.

Great host, well equipped, nice jacuzzi. Only negative was a weird smell in the smaller apartment.

Great host! Nice Jacuzzi. Well equipped apartment. Not too far from the city, we had a car so it was not a problem.

The second small apartment had a weird smell that seemed to come from the bathroom drains. The smell remained throughout our stay there.

We had a lovely time in Zadar, its a beautiful place and we will definitely be returning.

The villa is in a quiet location but only 5-10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants, shops. The owners were very helpful and friendly if needed anything. We were on the ground floor and our door opened straight onto the pool, the other guests staying at the villa were all lovely and we met some great friendly people.

Nothing we didn't like.

Great place to stay in Zara

Apartment locAted in nice villa , easy walk to the center . Lovely Sauna and jacuzzi very nice (althought require booking , sauna was accessible only until 6pm)

All good - small note , bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived

The pool area was fabtastic and the apartment was very comfortable. Katarina was very responsive and she kindly had the apartment ready early for us.

Bad

First something positive. Good location close enough to city center and far enough from crowded and busy city center 😃. Katharina was helpful first time and reacted fast on our request to get the TV fixed. The question is how do they prepare rooms, wenn they can’t fine that all TVs in the room don’t work!

I would appreciate that the information about cash payment should be display somewhere. Booking write that credit card are not accepted… why do they ask for credit card by booking this apartment? Why do they not write pay cash at the location! Normally we do not carry so much cash and for sure not in local currency! Katharina was ‘helpful’ second time and said ok, if you don’t have cash you can transfer money to our account. Great, we did it. She was there and watch me to make sure I did the transfer. I provided also a screen shot to her. Problem was it was Friday and we were leaving on Sunday. International transfer take of course two working days, so it was clear that the money will not be on her account on Sunday. But she proposed and accepted this solution. Of course on Sunday morning, Katharina asked me to come to reception. She told me, money are still not in her account and we can’t leave, even she could see I transferred the amount to her account. Then Katharina came with great idea to send the money again via PayPal as suddenly there was a PayPal account available. PayPal account of owners daughter. So she asked us to pay twice with an argument, that as soon as the money are on her account, they will send back the PayPal amount back. For 4star apartment and 200€ per night you are treated like a last gangster!!!. 4star apartment you need to pay cash!!!

Nice stay in Zadar

The apartment itself was nice and clean. We were 4 people (2 couples) and it accommodated us fine. The host was super nice and did everything to accommodate all of our needs. The pool and jacuzzi were great and working until 9pm.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. We were unlucky that the AC wasn’t working, so the sleep in the first night was very difficult. The host provided a ventilator and contacted to fix but not in time for our stay. There wasn’t shampoo or body soap there. And a bit far from the old town (we already knew it), something around 25min by foot or 10min by car. There was no beach /pool towels to be provided.

The property manager went out of her way to make our stay outstanding.

The property has great amenities - pool, hot tub, grill, bar area, comfortable beds. We were satisfied.

The place is absolutely perfect! Clean and wery well placed.. Apartment is new and quiet.. Madam Katarina is fantastic! She helped us in any asked way.. With her we didn't need anything else. We are Planing to stay in contact because we are definitely coming back!!

Perfect

the pool/jacuzzi/sauna, especially because we were alone there - many places to relax around the pool. we ate pizza and watched netflix by the pool - perfection - clean, good wifi, tidy, comfortable - very nice host - right next to the sea and close to the center

can't think of anything - be careful - sauna is usually available only in the cold months. but if you ask for it up front, the host will make sure you get everything you need/want :)
