The cleanliness of floor in room 212 can be improve better, on 28/5/23 floor did not clean properly

All staff are nice.

Bathroom, room no. 212 was blocked pipe/clogged drain since start to use this facility on 28/5/23 that mean house keeper didn’t clean up bathroom if they do they should found this blocked pipe before customer check in this room.

Room ckean, bed comfortable and good shower. Small fridge in room.

Small room but ok for the price. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room but coffee machine available in the lobby in the morning only.

Great hotel and good location.

All the staff, Friendly, smart, helpful and professional. very clean and comfortable rooms. hot shower with shampoo and shower gel. Towels. Good aircon. small fridge. Booked 3 nights extended a further 2 nights.

I will be paying extra to stay at a nearby hotel on my next visit.to Udon Thani.

The beds were very hard. We had to change rooms because of a ceiling water leak. The room was less than what appeared to be advertised.

Exceptional

It is not very far from attractions. For example, it’s about 1.5 km to Tha Sadet. The staffs were polite and helpful. For example, they called ‘Sam Lo’ when I asked them to call public transport for me. Bed was really comfortable. I slept very well. For someone who travels for both leisure and work like me, this accommodation was an excellent choice because Wifi was great and there were a chair and a built-in desk.
