Very good

Very clean. The facilities were great. You have a fridge with freezer component, microwave, cooking ware and pits at your disposal. Central location in nature parks. Definitely recommend this property!

Beds were okay, made a lot of squeaking sounds. Rooms were noisy, you could hear the neighbouring room speak and children cry. Curtains did not allow for a lot of privacy. Check-in via phone call to the owner, we didn't see any personnel during our stay.

Amazing stay with very nice garden house

Amazing property with cozy and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean. We made use of the fireplace in the garden house, it was amazing. Recommend.

Curtains in the apartment can be better. The ones present were very thin and didn't block outside light !

If you don't come, you won't believe it.

Great gazebo in the garden. If you don't come, you won't believe it. The kitchen in the room was very well equipped. It was also possible to use the coffee maker in the garden to make a good coffee.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms.

everything was perfect! perfect apartments ( totally the same as on the pics), very clean and cozy! good equipped kitchen. very nice looking garden with place for grill with everything needed, tables, part for kids with free rovers and trampoline! will come back here with pleasure 😊 just one important point! no shops or restaurant in the town. the nearest was Lidl in the Germany side, ~11km and restaurants nearest in Hrensko. so for breakfast or grill better to buy everything before 😊

Perfect accommodating

Extremely accommodating for a family of 3 with a small child meeting another couple for a 3 day get away. Rooms are perfectly clean with anything you could need for a studio apartment in terms of cooking utensils and dishes. They have an amazing play room with toys and garden including small ball court with two small goal gates and a trampoline They have an extremely well stocked barbeque area with both coals and wood for use by the guests and three barbeque and several eating areas. the cherry on top is that they have a well stocked fridge with beer, wine, proesseco, kids snacks, juices, milk coffee etc. and... wait for it... beer on top from the local kraft brewery for 33 czk a pint. finally they have an electric car charger in the parking and a bike garage...

Very good

Very attentive and helpful staff. The rooms were superb and clean. The area for the BBQ and the fire place were just perfect

The surroundings are really nice and excellent for walking. The room was clean and well equiped with dishes, cutlery, pans et cetera.

The ‘appartement’ had in fact the size of a normal hotelroom in which four beds, a table with four chairs and a kitchen were placed. All other appartments were occupied with families with small children. We expected peace and quiet but instead we got the feeling of being on a campsite. Both outside and inside the building it was quite noisy from early in the morning till late at night.

Really nice and good designed stay with beer on tap, full fridge with food, etc. Kids friendly.

Host was waiting on our arrivel already and gave us keys and intro imediatelly:)

I would recommend to all people wich want quiet and peacefull location to clear their minds, and enjoy in nature :)

Not enough space for 4 people in studio for 4. Should be bigger apartment or used for max 2 ( couple). Staff ( cleaners) in apartments ( dont speak english, thats a little bit akward, how to explain something or ask.. Hmmm)
