Worth coming to Bana Hills to see the Golden Bridge

The breakfast is amazing. The location obviously beautiful as well. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Make sure you have your translation app on you or your stay here might be difficult. Its still worth coming for 1 day/night only because when the crowds leave you get the place to yourself with other guests. The rooms are very clean.

The photos depicting the rooms are not accurate. There are no balconies in your rooms. It is run down and damp. The shower and toilet is not seperate from the bedroom so there is no privacy whatsoever. Think about that when you come with a friend. You have to pay an extra 650,000 dong per person to go on the gondola to get to the hotel. Most staff cant speak English and that is across the whole park as well. Information is limited. They ran out of english maps about the park and where to go. The beds were the worst and caved in the middle. Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours like they were at the end of your bed. Fyi To empty water out of your sink there is a lever behind one of the taps. I don’t usually write terrible reviews but this is just so others can prepare themselves on what to expect and deal with it :) Its still worth coming regardless of these issues though!

We will be back - an amazing experience and hotel -

The literature themes and events decorated the rooms and reception area - themes and photos were universal novels, short stories and writers. You really were surrounded by creativity.

Thank you for the lovely stay

Room is clean. There’s many hotel buildings inside Ba Na Hills. Our restaurant for breakfast was a little bit far but food is decent. My dad had a flu in the middle of the night and a nurse came within 5minutes to give him some cold medicine. Very friendly and english speaking staff.

Because there’s many hotel buildings and they are not connected internally, it’s a little bit tough for people with wheelchair (ie grandma). Roads are not smooth as it is stone pavement.

เราเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวโดยพักบนบาน่าฮีล แต่ช่วงเวลา 9.00 เป็นต้นไป จะเริ่มมีนักท่องเที่ยวที่ไม่ได้พักด้านบนขึ้นมาเที่ยวเยอะมาก ทำให้บรรยากาศในการถ่ายรูป หรือ ชมสถานที่ค่อนข้างแย่ อยากให้ปรับเวลาสำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้พักบนบาน่าฮีลลง เช่น สามารถขึ้นมาเที่ยวได้ ในช่วง 10.00 เป็นต้นไป และ กลับก่อนเวลา 16.00 เป็นต้น (หากสามารถทำได้)

Beautiful, magical experience

Everything. The suite was beyond beautiful. We had the whole entire place to ourselves at night and for 2 hrs in the morning. Room decorated gorgeous.

Overall pleasant stay because close to Golden Bridge but nothing much to do at night since all stores close around 4.30p

Easy access to Golden Bridge in the morning.

Bath room do not have any hanger for clothes and nothing to place for own cleanser etc. Room aircon is not functioning well and TV in the room is too small.

來巴拿山樂園玩就好，酒店不推。

酒店一出來就可以在巴拿山樂園遊玩，很方便

給我們的房間是邊間，窗簾一打開看到的是炸雞店的招牌，幾乎整個擋住窗戶，什麼都看不到。隔音很差，退房時間很早，早餐時間也很短，不推薦入住。

Fun place, great facilities and breakfast, the room itself was a let down

The outside of the property, buildings, restaurant bar and facilities and the grounds are beautiful unfortunately the inside of the rooms let’s it down.

The king room we paid $500AUD for (2nts) was dirty, stained walls very dark ad depressing and had around 70cm around the bed to walk around. No other space. The view was of the back of an outdoor display. The bathroom was small but fine. The couple we were with were in the main building and their room was completely different and luxurious (same price) . There are many hotel buildings. Paris being the main one. With the better rooms Also be prepared to take your own luggage up in the cable car and pay for it. Not what I’d expect for the price but we had a great time it was a fun place to visit

Amazing place to visit with family, but the hotel management is very poor

The beautiful place. It's an beautiful town built on top of a mountain.

The photos and description of room booked through booking was not same as what the hotel provides. Staff can't communicate in English. Everything is charged at a premium, like vnd 50000 for water bottle in hotel, vnd 100000 for missing hotel key, etc.

Ba na hills is nice, for 3 hours or less

The staff were LOVELY and the bed was comfy.

The room was TINY, the options for restaurants could have been larger and less expensive, the cable car to the hotel costs... even if you're a guest, which is ridiculous because it's the only way you can get there. There was a loud drilling from the building works, which made it impossible to want to spend any amount of time in the expensive room. Overpriced for what we received. It's more for children and even then, if the main roller coaster is closed, this needs to notify guests before arrival. Nice idea, but needs rebranding.

Great choice to stay if you want to avoid the crowds from tour groups

Hotel guests have an exclusive access to the Golden bridge from 6am-7:30am. I booked the Deluxe King room. It was a spacious room with balcony view.

The property is confusing to explore even with a map. There is a different route for the cable car going down which the staff will guide you. However upon landing of the cable car, there is no one to guide you to the exit to the drop off lobby. I had a hard time navigating the hallways and escalators to reach the drop off lobby for the car that will pick me up.

Het verblijf hier met het park er omheen is een ervaring op zich

Alles wat je mag verwachten voor de prijs. Goed ontvangst, begeleiding vanaf onder bij de kabelbaan tot aan de kamer. En ook weer terug na het verblijf. Ondanks dat het druk is op het park is er voldoende personeel om je te helpen. Zeer ruime keuze bij het buffet ontbijt.

The room size was very small and food options available were inadequate

The location of the property was amazing

The price charged for rooms were a bomb compared to the size of the rooms. The food options were very limited and not that great. Also, there was an issue with the light of the rooms as switching off few switches were making the whole room dark and lights were t7rning back on quickly.

I love absolutely everything about the property! The staff is very knowledgeable. They were ready to help you at any time. It was my birthday, and they decorated my room for me. They left me really good dessert it was really cute. Really really nice! It was the best.☺️✈️🥂 🥳🎂

Stay on a good day.

We stayed one night here and unfortunately the weather this day was cloudy and raining. We got on the cable car to the top and was greeted by the bellboys from the hotel. We had to walk in the rain to reception, no umbrella was offered from cable car to reception. Once we checked in, there was water on the floor from leaks in the roof in foyer from the rain. The rooms require major renovations for the price of the room. Our fridge didn’t work and safe was broken. Overall we are glad we stayed one night but over priced for the quality, especially when you can get better priced accommodation with much newer/better facilities everywhere else in Vietnam. The afternoon cleared up and we were lucky enough to see the golden bridge and gardens.

Spectacular!

The place itself is breathtakingly beautiful. It is immaculately kept, lots of facilities and just a real blessing to be in such a spectacular place.

What I didn't appreciate is the booking system. Upon check-in, I was advised that I had to pay extra because my children were above 12. When I booked, I stated my children's current age and paid accordingly. So, to be asked to pay extra was not only bizarre but unprofessional on their part. It took almost an hour back and forth of arguments to finally be allowed to check in without having to pay surcharges. The hotel room was also not the best maintained and kept. It looked more like a dorm than a hotel room.

definitely worth visiting, but think twice if you need to spend the night there.

the property is beautiful, really nicely built hotel looking like a European city.. the mountain top location definitely adds charm. in our case it was covered in clouds, but i’m sure the views are amazing as well. it is definitely worth visiting. the staff is really nice and accommodating.

the hotel rooms are very dated. only one building has AC control in the room. in all other buildings it is a centralized system, you have to call the reception if you need temperature change, and they will send an engineer in 20 minutes, who doesn’t speak English to adjust temperature for your room. i’m not even sure if such facilities qualify for a 4 star hotel.. everything aside a couple couple of buffet restaurants and one bar close at 5pm!!!! this includes the cable car (so you have to get to the hotel before 5pm) and the theme park. so there’s literally nothing to do after 5pm. An employee at theme park told us it closes at 7pm, so when we showed up at 5pm everything was closed. my daughter was very disappointed. there’re no nice restaurants. all food is of mediocre quality and way overpriced.

Memorable Moment

It is such an amazing experience for us to stay at Mercure Danang French Village . Great place and hotel. We have fun very much. High class service from staffs . Definitely going to be a memorable experience for us . Lucky when first day we reach there its not raining heavily , so we take a lot of photos on that day but on our second day its raining non stop & need to wear raincoat. So , for those who planning to go Bana Hill normally Oct till Dec its raining season . Anyway , I am 100% Fully Satisfied With Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. Thank You So Much For Everything.

I would like to come back again if i have time.

I like the location, the design of the hotel. Breakfast is also good.

Toilet is open to the room, I didn’t dare to use it as i were afraid that i would sting the whole room. I used the common bathroom at ground floor instead. The staff could be a bit friendlier.
