The breakfast was excellent and very enjoyable....the beds are very comfortable and exceeded expectations.
The beer being served.

The rooms are comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful. Access to the spa and bath was really convenient. The Therme was great and hotel guests we had early access in the morning before they opened for the public which was a nice treat. Had the slides to myself for an hour :) The Breakfast buffet had a good selection and dairy free milk was available on request. We also had dinner. The food was good but the choices a bit limited. Staff were great with special requests from a family with kids.
We spent the Saturday night there and both the pool and sauna area were very crowded as it was weekend. Would happily come back during a less busy period though.

Great to have all at once, the aqua center for kids, the sauna area for adults (kids also allowed though).
The panorama bar was nice and quite full.
The downside is that there are lots of people outside the hotel guests coming for aqua center and spa activities and sometimes it get so crowded that you cannot find any free spot. I think the hotel shoud limit the number of outside comers.

Very clean and comfy with amazing staff. Great food and drinks all around. And of course the spa! Amazing access to sauna, whirlpools and a fun water park. We stayed there over the Christmas holidays and loved the indoor/outdoor combination. Booked relaxing massages on top.
It’s behind an industrial area. But apart from that you have a short walk into the old town of Hofheim or cross a field into the other direction to enter the forest of the Taunus which makes up for it!

Breakfast was Okay. Too bad that the egg for the scrambled eggs came out of a package and the juices were not fresh.
Pfff, where do I start..... The website stated there was a beauty facility with possibility for manicure, pedicure, facial, etc. My daughter went here for a 3 day wellness stay only to find that the beauty facilities had been closed!! The reception understood our disappointment and stated that we would be compensated for this as we now had to drive around for these facilities. We were given a voucher for a drink and free parking which I thought was pathetic considering they fucked up in a major way on the bookings.com website. Had I known this up front I would have never booked!!
On top of that the sauna and wellness area was a complete "meat-market". People where practically having sex in the bubble baths with no-one of the staff evening commenting on this!! I didn't not want to use the foot baths. They were disgustingly dirty. The beds are too hard and the pillows and blankets /duvets are of a cheap quality making you sweat all night. On the website there was an offer of a massage. There was only 1 person to do massage who was of course then fully booked. So no possibility to do a massage together ( couples massage) as offered on the bookings.com website. The sauna was supposed to have a hammam which we never found and scrubbing salt which turned out to be ice (if it was available).
The food in the restaurant is not fresh. You can taste is come straight out of the freezer. The next day we went to eat elsewhere.

perfect location. relaxing family friendly! amazing value for money! clean, to the highest standards!
No minibar at the room. 7€ extra charge for parking. electric car charger is not free.Balconies are 50cm away from each other providing no privacy. the menu serving time was very long considering families were eating and with 2-3 years old children it is really challenging to wait 30+ minutes between the courses… food was excellent though as well as stuff super friendly and pro!

.
not service oriented; my booking was not visible in their system and suddenly I was without options to go after a car trip 6 hours long and a small child.

Quite and peaceful place
new furniture and well maintained
Payment 7 Euros for parking and 2 euros for each cup of tea was upsetting and hotel could cover these silliness without disappointing guests

phenomenal place, excellent for the family, for every recommendation and of course we will come often
The rooms could be a little bigger

The room was spacious, with balcony and clean, breakfast was very good too.
I appreciated that there were enough towels provided, including a bathrobe.
There was no minibar available in the room - this should be a standard in a 4* hotel.
The pillow was rather small and not that comfy.
Hairdryer was weaker than expected.

Great food. Clean modern rooms.
But the pools were completely overfilled. There should be An adult pool and a separate adult with kids pool -

Breakfast and Dinner were great at this hotel. The spa is amazing and perfect for a little get away. Staff was very helpful and freindly
Rooms were a bit on the small side, esp with toddler bed in the room.

breakfast excellent. The sauna and pools are great. Rooms clean. The personnel was very friendly. Had to pay for parking which should be included. The food was really good quality. hair dryer in both rooms did not work.... The towels and the bathrobes were excellent. Had to leave at 12pm and were not allowed to use the pool extra time unless we paid extra.....
