Séjour mitigé. Pas désagréable mais on reste sur notre faim sur de nombreux points

Personnel très dispo et sympathique Restaurant agréable et propre

Choix et quantités au petit déjeuner à améliorer étant donné un prix dans une fourchette plutôt haute. La partie piscine presque à l'abandon (chaises de jardin en rotin synthétique trouées, piscine inutilisable car l'eau avait tournée, des feuilles d'arbre partout) on avait l'impression d'être dans un établissement que l'on mettait en route après l'hiver ou qui allait fermer. Des lumières inutilisables dans les couloirs. Par contre personnel très à l'écoute, gentil et agréable

Good choice in the mid range

We stayed there for a night while traveling through France. It is a an older hotel, but clean and the staff was friendly. They really wanted to make sure were had everything and were taken care of. The breakfast had a variety of items to choose from and was good. It was quiet and the restaurant, though limited in items to choose from, which is understandable, was good as well.

It was a bit confusing finding the hotel, because it is not visible from the road and there are two gates. The sign for the hotel is on one gate, but you have to enter the other gate.

Grosse déception pour l’Ascension

Chambre conforme et propre, petit déjeuner très agréable

Très déçu car les photos montrent une magnifique terrasse avec piscine, cependant tout était fermé le weekend de l’Ascension qui est pourtant un weekend touristique. Restaurant et bar fermés, réception fermée, terrasse non accessible. L’hôtel ne m’a pas proposé de geste commercial et j’ai payé le tarif avec tous ces services sans les avoir.

DO NOT stay here

Horrible. The room was very small, barely some space around the bed and that's all. But the worst was the stuff - first of all it was ABSENT. You had to actively search for someone in their stuff room to order a drink or to do a checkout. The waitress was SUPER RUDE, didn't speak ANY English and refused to call somebody who did. DO NOT book this hotel!

Staff were really helpful and bar/restaurant was a nice area. Just off the main road.

Het ontbijt was prima.

Eten in restaurant is beperkt. Mevrouw van de bediening is niet echt vrolijk en moet het allemaal alleen doen, de bar, bedienen klanten in restaurant en de receptie bemannen.

Great stop-over halfway between Nice and Calais, just a great little hotel

Have finally found our half way hotel when travelling from southern France to Calais. An absolute gem, great pool area, pleasant staff, good clean room for overnight stop and decent menu. If not to your taste and kids want a MacDonalds there’s one nearby🤷🏻‍♂️

Cheap and cheerful

Late check in facilitated.

Bedside light didn't work, shower curtain for enclosure did not retain water. The lighting in the room was inadequate. The walls were paper thin.

Nice room but no food or drink available and zero staff actually on site

Very strange experience... I knew the hotel was on an industrial park when we booked it, but we got a text with code to enter the car park and another code to enter the hotel reception. Not a single member of staff on duty anywhere in the hotel. Our key was labelled with my name and left on reception with half a dozen others. No bar open, no nothing, never saw another sole the whole time we were there. There is a supermarket and a mcdonalds over the road but nothing else. There is a Vietnamese buffet restaurant over the motorway bridge and a retail park. We were there on a Sunday and absolutely nothing else open. After walking for an hour around the town and asking directions to a bar, we gave up and had dinner at Mcdonalds. I was looking forward to a maccies breakfast the next morning but when we got there it open opens 10am to 10pm. Nothing on offer at the hotel. The rooms are fine and clean, the location just off the motorway is very handy but just strange not to have any staff and also a nightmare to find anywhere to have a drink and not much choice of food. We would have been happy with a beer in the hotel bar, but it was locked up for the duration....

no bar or any facilities for food or drink on offer on site. Nothing local apart from a supermarket and mcdonalds.

Well located hotel with nice amenities

The reception and communal areas had a nice feel and the staff were welcoming. we had fun trying to communicate with no common language.

The pool cleaning machine was in the pool whilst the children were swimming, which I didn’t really like. It seemed like a hazard. service in the restaurant was slow, but nice food when we got it.

the food was very bad. the dinner was probably quite old. the breakfast was horrible. the fruit was rotting, the eggs were very old and the bacon was probably multiple days old (that’s how it looked). don’t order drinks at the dinner because a water is 6 euros

Lots! The pool area was lovely, the hotel was clean and in a good state of repair. The staff and service was good and the food was lovely and reasonably priced.

It would have been good to be able to make a tea or coffee in the room
