we loved the location but the mattress was really not up to standard

the bed was absolutely uncomfortable to both of us with a big dip in the middle.

generally ok, needs improvement though

The guesthouse is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty restaurants. The room is spacious and the whole thing seems pretty clean. The entry via intercom worked ok. There where two portions of coffee provided on both days I stayed, unfortunately on the second day without sugar/ creamer.

The whole place - starting from the nondescript entrance door to the bathroom - needs some renovation. There might be more light - at least three of the bulbs were broken. There is, literally, zero space in the bathroom to put any toiletries. The bathroom also has no ventilation, so all humidity will stay inside unless you leave the door open. When I arrived the room was very cold and it took more than a day to heat up; it seemed like there hadn't been anyone there for a longer time, everything was cold. Insulation is poor, standing in front of the window feels like you're outside. There is no radiators, all the heating comes just from the aircondition which is a constant noise and basically heats up only half of the room. The furniture has the look and feel of being there for a very long time. At some time someone has tried to make it stylish , but seemingly failed by adding fleamarket-style furniture. Uh, and please be aware that there is no elevator. You have to walk up with your luggage the rather steep and pretty narrow staircase. There is also no fire exit, so in case of a fire you'll be caught in the room.

Studio close to city centre

Bright and spacious studio with big windows and nice view, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom. Fantastic breakfast is served in the cafe next door, in the same building. Good location, about 10-15 min walk to the city centre.

In December it was pretty cold inside, especially in the bathroom. There’s only one electric heater, conditioner in heating mode doesn’t make any difference. Also would be nice to have a kettle in the kitchen.

Spacious but bit dated room in great location.

Specious apartment in an amazing location. Super comfortable bed. Kind staff.

The apartment is a dated and the shower goes cold already after 15 minutes. Because of the use of retro furniture, and black walls it doenst feel fresh. It needs some renovation.

The position of the apartment, the way it is decorated, and the space you have inside the entire apartment. It is close to the river and the boat.

The bar manager down the building has been of great help and welcoming. He helped us solve the problem withh check in and the key.

Never seen a place where check in occurs between 8 am and 3.30pm wirhout warning. We were stuck at the entrance as the automatic check in system would not work, on top of that keys were missing. Last but not least,the flat was dusty and the furniture was damaged.

Great location, super comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - great shower!

Nothing! Hope to revisit. Wish we were staying longer. To be aware there is general noise from bars below but it wasn’t loud to cause a disturbance.

The location was great. It's on a cute little square surrounded by good cafes and restaurants. Check in and out was very easy. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable for a couple.

Spacious and clean room on a cozy but busy square.

Spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Super pro-active text message with all the information I needed concerning check-in and my stay.

There was little lighting in the bathroom so for example doing makeup was difficult. Location is perfect but situated across from a bar so can be noisy. Not entirely clear where I should pay for the room and check-out.

Overall great and fresh funky fresh

Location was great and the bed was the best ever.

The decor was a weird mismatch of random objects. Also the shower was off-putting and there was a rug that felt like my gf’s worst nightmares with her bare feet, but it looked cute.

Great neighborhood, many food establishments closeby, bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Bathroom was good, although it could be a bit cleaner and better maintained and of note that there is a boiler.Other than that it was great!

The Soul is located in arguably the best area of Antwerp, the South (‘t Zuid) where you’ll find the best bars and places to eat and just hang out. The owners and staff are super friendly and the coffeeshop downstairs is the best place to start your day. The studio flats are comfortable and just the right size.

Nice little place in a trendy neighborhood

Cute little studio apartment in a trendy part of Antwerp. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants, and bars working walking distance. Also not terribly far from central station.

Great spot, perfect room but a bit noisy

The rooms are great value for money, maybe a bit overly decorated. Great bed slept very well

The rooms overlooking the Marnixplaats have a great view but with many cafes and restaurants on this square be prepared to party till late because the noice can be obtrusive

Very nice location, very nice view and room very bright

Noisy place, not well cleaned, AC not working very well, noise insulation very bad (I had the pleasure hearing all details of the sex life of the people staying in the room next door)

Good place to crash for a night or two.

Ideal location. Lots of bars, restaurants, supermakets, etc. at a walking distance. The room was well equipped and felt cozy.
