Jedyny atut to korzystna lokalizacja
Personel bez kontaktu, Obsługa absolutnie nie zainteresowana potrzebami gości podczas serwowania śniadania. Śniadanie co dzień identyczne, porcjowane bez możliwości wyboru i samoobsługi.

Quietness of where the property is and very accessible to most things. It was clean and very helpful staff specially Ayro the guy who prepares breakfast
Every thing was ok, but the single bed for my daughter which is located near the window seems to have some insects or bed bugs. My daughter has some marks on her skin looks like insects bites. They were all located on left side of her body. She wakes up every morning with a new insect bite on her left side.
We were serve same breakfast everyday. I just wanted a piece of toast for breakfast the 3rd day of our stay and I was told no toast.😕 too much carbohydrates in the morning. Aside from these, our stay was over all good

We had a late check-in and they met us halfway and offered our driver from the airport to the hotel. even despite the fact that our flight was postponed 2 times and we arrived very late, we were met and taken and given the keys to the room. Thanks for the service ☺️

Location to Vatican was excellent. Air conditioning in room was very welcomed as it was very hot whilst we were there. Staff friendly and helpful.
Had to change rooms on last night due to new arrivals. Breakfast was basic. No where to freshen up or spare bathroom if your flight is a late one.

location was great
room was clean
breakfast was very dull and minimal. we were offered one fruit only on the last day of our trip
reception lady wasn't friendly at all. She thought we didnt understand italian and was saying bad words about us to different people just because we wanted to pay by card and not cash. She kept an attitude with us during our stay and made our experience there not good

Location is very good, really close to Vatican. Room was clean and comfortable, staff is friendly ;)
For breakfast could be more variety

The location was very good. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Staff was very helpful.
The breakfast could be more of continental style, rather than eating the same food everyday. Otherwise, there are quite a lot local places to eat outside.

The room was clean, there were lots of restaurants and supermarkets around, the building has a kitchen and you can use the stuff like dishes, kettle, fridge, ….
close to Vatican museum and church.

Service was helpfull.
Bed is terrible, and isolation is not good. You can hear everything from the hall. For glass of water, you need to go to kitchen down the hall, and tomorrow when they clean the room, they took your glasses and not turning back.

Hint: When you go inside, go left and to the first floor. The phone number is the Italian speaking one. There is also an English speaking one, maybe you should give that to your international guests.
Other then that: The room was perfect for our 3 nights. It gets tidied up every day and the lady serving breakfast is super nice, makes fresh coffee and is fast with all wishes the guests might have. Breakfast itself is quite sweet but overall you get the normal food like in a hotel. If you are vegetarian you should say that in advance.
What I liked additionaly is that you are able to use the shared kitchen (never met someone else there) to make some tea or use the fridge.
I also liked that you get a hard and soft pillow to choose from.
We would definitly come again.
There are little things like you had to be careful that the toilet lid doesn't fall of (but most restaurants here don't even have one at all) or the holder for the shower head didn't hold it up high. But for italian standards, according to my experience this is a very clean and good smelling place.

Nice location with good connection to public transport. Very clean room and bathroom.
We had to take their specific shuttle service to get the key to the apartment as we arrived after 3om but that was apparently unnecessary as there was someone there waiting for us anyway to open the rooms.
No glasses provided in the rooms for water or tea

It's clean and well maintained. Compare to others it's quite spacious.
The noise. A crying toddler, who often cries especially at night, was in the next room. We can loudly hear it since the walls are thin. When the family with the toddler check-out, everything was amazing.

Very comfortable and clean facility. Big spacious room, FANTASTIC air con, great shower. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. A perfect base to explore the city. We walked everywhere!!
It's right next to St. Peter's Square and very close to the Vatican and St. Angelo's Castle.
There are lots of Resturants and cafes close by too.
Really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend.
It was a little bit noisy in the mornings but it really wasn't a big issue for us

great location and was very tidy. staff also very nice.
other guests with children were very disruptive. shouting and screaming late at night and again at breakfast- not the hotels fault having said that. we also asked for a taxi to train station, a private hire was ordered who overcharged us. he also left us at the wrong spot so we then had to walk with our suitcases after paying 30euro for a short journey. I know private hires are expensive but considering we asked for a taxi and not this.. it was slightly disappointing after a lovely stay.

The staff were very nice☺️ It was walking distance to everything (it’s literally just outside the Vatican). The room was clean and we got a lot of help from the staff when we needed it.
the breakfast could be better

It was very clean
It was very noisy out of our room, they started to make noises when they were preparing the breakfast and speaking loudly so it was difficult to sleep after 6 o’clock in the morning

great location. easy access to all of Rome including Vatican and public transportation. would have been nice to have outdoor venue to sit. Breakfast area and breakfast itself only fair. no real choices. But many outdoor cafes close by. An easy walk and very reasonably priced. At first venue seems like not in a great area. But it’s in an apartment residential area where all the residents park. lots of lighting. After first day felt very safe and comfortable there. Lots of families, couple and children there.
The room
and air conditioning and bathroom were very nice. The common areas could have been better and air conditioned. it’s was warm
at breakfast. Also other properties left plates and utensils to
use in case you bought something to eat on your own. This property didn’t offer that
