Ocean Club members! Country club membership is available for a 150 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): Shuttle service, On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and a fitness center. Golf privilege green fees including cart are 75 for 18 holes or 55 for 9 holes per player. We have our own heated pool and beach access if you choose not to join.
Tucked away on South Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush
barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the
warmth of true southern hospitality. The IRP Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a Caribbean feel with a colorful interior. Kitchen is fully equipped.
New and better WiFi! Located on the third floor with two balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki hut bar and restaurant. The beach is just steps away.
Renter must sign up and pay at the golf shop for the membership cards it is currently (may change) $150/family. I do require a contract and photo ID.

*There will be concrete work performed at Spoonbill.
There will always be access to the pool and elevator. Work can occur Monday
through Friday 8am-5pm.
There are days it will be quiet and days it will not be. Each day noise or disruption may vary depending on the specific work of that day. If your plans are to spend days going to the beach and/or exploring the area then the disruption may not affect you. If your vacation preference is staying in the condo sitting on the balcony or you plan to work from the condo during the day then you might want to reconsider your vacations plans.

This is our 3rd stay at the property and we love the view and the condo as well as the friendly and prompt communication with the host! I encourage visitors to drive to the Marriott golf shop down the street and sign up for a guest membership as the resort is literally all around you. That way you can enjoy the hot tub, gyms, 2 additional pools and access to tennis and golf (even lessons with a pro for extra fee). I find the $150 for this very much worth it.

Went to celebrate my MiL's 80th birthday and was very pleasantly surprised. The location and set up of the condo was perfect and the hosts had everything that we could possibly need. Clean and open space with a great view!!

Very dated property, with great ocean views. Living room is poorly lighted, making it hard to read on the couch. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no cutting board, sheet pans, very dull knives, flimsy cutlery, no roasting pan. Rugs on floors old and not very clean. Guest bedroom packed with beds, good for kids, not for two couples. Foam mattress in master bedroom, which is vey soft. Allows dogs. Nice pool and good beach access. Expensive for what you get. Owner is very accessible.

We traveled from Tucson Arizona to visit family and get to the beach. What an awesome location right on beach with incredible view and deck to sit out and watch the waves!! We definitely recommend this lovely, well equipped 2 bedroom condo!

This place was perfect for my husband and 2 grown daughters and our grand-dog. We loved sitting on the north-facing balcony watching the ocean for morning coffee, evening happy hour and when a spectacular storm rolled in. The balcony is always shady which was a VERY pleasant surprise! We very much appreciated the luggage carts available for us to get our luggage, chairs, tent etc. up the the condo. There was an issue with the AC but the owner quickly responded and a HVAC repair person was there in a few hours. HOORAY for AC! We will definitely book another stay to this beautiful location.

This was our first time staying at Hutchinson Island. The condo was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with. It was in the perfect spot for morning jogs and very close to restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

Dead bugs live bugs. Bites on everyone. Sheer curtains on second bedroom no sleeping in. Terrible layout in second bedroom. No ceiling lite and only lite in far corner if you can squeeze thru. Too much furniture. Elevator broken when we arrived. Yikes!

The property is located exactly where we like to vacation. It’s pet friendly- that’s a must for us. The condo is well equipped and enough space for us- 2 adults and one small dog. And extended family came to visit but not overnight. Hotels available very close. The building is older and we have stayed in several of the units over the past 20 years. Most are dated as is this one. The biggest complaint we have is the curtains on the living room door and master bedroom door. So in need of replacing. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed the place - especially because of The ocean so close. Nothing like that sight and sound ever day. We miss the ocean - our Dog 🐶 does too.

Love the Spoonbill and Pelican generally. Thanks so much for maintaining the ocean club membership option to be able to use the hot tub, gym and tiki bar at the resort as guest renters. We really liked how everything in this unit was so organized and labeled!

We stayed at the property for eight days. My sisters, brother and I brought my 86 year old mother on a trip just for her. We loved the condo and the fantastic views. Loved the access to the ocean and pool. We found out that Stuart Beach had beach wheel chairs so we were able to get mom down to the beach. A plus was the beach was only 1 1/2 miles away!

Overall our stay at the condo was wonderful. The second bedroom was a bit smaller than it looked online. The coffee maker leaks a bit, we were able to make coffee; only lost about a cup due to the leak. The iron stopped working. We used it the first night and it was fine, the next morning it did not work. We borrowed one from our cousin who was also staying on property. The view was beyond beautiful, looking out at the ocean was amazing. The area around us was perfect. We ate at a few restaurants, went for long walks and enjoyed our time there. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time at this property, we stayed here in November of 2020. This condo is very clean and spacious. Nice views fo the ocean. The pool is great. We rode bikes, walked and just chilled. We will be back.

This is a great condo, that was exactly as described, worked perfect for 4 adults and a child. The building has its own pool and it is located on a nice section of beach. I would stay her again.

What a great location with a beautiful view. If you go to the golf pro shop and spend the $150 per stay you can use the Marriott facilities next door. My wife and i feel we got our monies worth but its not necessarily to enjoy the condo beach and pool.

This property is perfect for visitors with pets who love the beach. Great view, easy beach access and very pet friendly. Your pet can spend the entire day with you on the beach if desired which is hard to find in Florida. The condo itself has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, you name it. The kitchen is also stocked which makes packing very easy. The latest improvement to the spare bedroom which now includes a twin, a double and a double loft bed is perfect. I would highly recommend and will try to visit again.

Had a great time. The condo is perfectly located. Beach or pool access within steps of the building. The condo allowed to visit with family near by whole giving us time to have space. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Recommend using the Marriott beach club to have access to the restaurant and tiki bar and beach umbrellas. We will be back!

This was a great location with great views. If you are looking for a place to bring your dog to enjoy the beach this location is the BEST! The condo had all the things you would need including beach chairs, sand and ocean toys and the kitchen was well stocked.

The property was exceptional. The only thing is the picture of the pool and tiki bar are part of the Marriott resort and we could not access it. The pool for this property was much smaller and beach access was limited

We stayed here to go fishing with a charter out of the same marina, great location! Very convenient, super beach access, pools, grills, restaurants on site. Sunrise from the balcony every morning was spectacular!
