Aloha and Welcome!! You have arrived at the Kaanapali Alii, the Hawaiian word for 'royalty', and the Kaanapali Alii is one of the finest luxury condos to stay in West Maui. OUR CONDO UNIT HAS A MAXIMUM # OF GUESTS ( INCLUDES CHILDREN AND INFANTS) TOTAL GUESTS 6 (SIX).
It is located on the ground floor front and center on the world famous Kaanapali Beach Resort. Our Ocean View condo is OWNER OPERATED AND PRIVATELY MANAGED. Our condo is not in the Rental Program at the Alii, so rest assure that our condo photos that you see here, is the condo unit #416 that you will rent from us.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR CONDO HAS THE KUERIG SINGLE POD COFFEE MACHINE.
Our condo is located in Building Four, the North end Corner unit on 1st floor, unit 416. Our Ocean View spacious and luxurious family sized 2 bedroom / 2 bath is a totally re-designed and remodeled end corner ground floor condo spread over 1400 sq feet of open living space. We did not hold back, this is a five star award winning luxury condo.
Our condo has an open plan design, the Front entrance has 2 Small Stairs, opeing up from the hall entrance to the main living space, taking full advantage of the views as it is surrounded by large open windows, the advantage of our corner condo. The dining room has a large family sized table with seating for a party of 6 . . and there is also a kitchen island bar, that has added seating next to the dining room.
Our family ground floor unit includes many extras not offered on any of the floors above. Our premier luxury condo is located in building four, and is the North End Corner unit, which offers extra windows, extra light, and extra views. The condo does have private gardens surrounding the exterior bedrooms and dining areas windows for your privacy.
The living room lanai slider opens up to the lush manicured lawn with tropical gardens, and a lit walkway with views of the pool areas and the beach front walkways and a Ocean view. Being on the 1st floor allows you very quick and easy access in and out from the ocean view lanai. No need to take the elevator. . . It is like staying at a beach cottage with a full service resort in your own backyard.
You have a wonderful grass play area for the young children, the 2 new pools, one is a children's pool, hot tubs, bbq’s, outdoor showers, covered outdoor cabana area with large flat screen tv's, most importantly is the the wonderful Sandy Kaanapali Beach out front.
Just down the walkway is the new Athletic fitness building and spa, tennis courts, and a yoga studio. Convenience is number one. Our Master bedroom has a wonderful California King bed with luxurious linens and also extra large walk-in closet, in both suites.
There are 2 full sized beds in the Guest bedroom along with the new queen sofa sleeper in living room, the condo is a perfectly comfortable fit for a party up to 6 adults. Both the Master bath and the Guest bath feature spacious walk-in showers, ( small 4 inch floor dam) floor to ceiling tiles, double vanities, lots of mirrors, well lit, and plenty of space. We also equip both bathrooms with hair dryers too!
Make mealtime preparation enjoyable in your fully appointed and very spacious kitchen. The kitchen features top of the line Stainless Steel appliances, granite counter tops and veneer oak wood cabinets fully stocked for your gourmet cooking or if you choose use of the BBQ's at poolside. ,. . .Our stainless steel appliances include a french door Fridge, with water despenser INSIDE cold filtered water the left door and an Ice maker in the freezer bottom drawer. We also have a built-in oven with a ceramic stove top, built in microwave, and the dishwasher. We have the single Pod system KEURIG COFFEE MACHINE and supply 10 pods on check-in, and a blender and Heingkle knives. The dining table sits large groups, with room to spare and also extra seating at the bar side counter. Our living room is spacious and of contemporary design, still family friendly and comfortable.
The decor is infused with the spirit of tropical elegance. Entertainment amenities include a 55 in. Sony flat screen TV, with secure WIFI internet service available in the condo. The master bedroom also has a 42 in. flat screen TV. For your security we also have installed a room safe in the master for your valuables.
Last but not least we need to mention our laundry room, it has a full sized in-suite washer/dryer as well as iron and ironing board, just in case you are feeling a bit home sick... we stock laundry soap for you.
Open the living room lanai sliders which is ocean view straight out front, and step out onto the lush manicured lawn that is surrounded with tropical gardens. Take a walk down the path way and enjoy the best beach on Maui. Our beach out front is the world famous Kaanapali Beach, here you can sun, swim, snorkel, surf, or even just lounge on the sandy beach!
When you have had enough beach for the day, head back to the condo to your private lanai, we have set up a nice relaxing seating area, and also a outdoor patio table and chairs.. here you can watch the world pass by, or sip your favorite java, take a nap, also great to sit back with a ice cold refreshment and watch the sunsets! It is spectacular, you won't want to leave!!! Air-conditioned, free parking, this is a real treasure!

Your total rental charges are fully refundable less $100 bookkeeping fee that includes your refund chargeback fee for processing. if you cancel your reservation on or 45 days before the date of your arrival.
f you cancel after that date, only the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: Our unit is NOT A HANDICAP CONDO. NOT set up for use of a wheelchair, and is not advertized as a handicap unit. We have 2 small stairs at the front entrance and the showers both have 4" curbs / dams. Some door ways will not work with the width of a wheel chair.
The total number of guests in a reservation party maximum is 6 (SIX) this included counting infants and children and grandperants and nannies. NO MORE THAN 6 otherwise you can be asked to VACATE the condo unit.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ideal location, great condo amenities (the grill area was perfect for grilling our fresh caught fish from the day), relaxing, clean, and had everything we needed. We really loved the garden level access. You can see the ocean from the patio and loved how convenient it was to just walk right out! The host's communication was great and check in was seamless. We are frequent VRBO renters and this property checked all the boxes! We would highly recommend!

Aloha! This is such a beautiful facility. Right next to the beach. Pools and hot tubs are in excellent condition. Our unit had lots of spices available for cooking. The fridge gets completely cleaned after each visitor so you’ll need butter, salad dressings, jams… There is a Keurig for coffee and the facility has coffee brewed each morning by the pool. The grills are great to use on a night you want to stay in for a meal. Some nights there is a grill master that will cook your food for you. Just bring cash for tipping. The wind is loud at night so if you’re a light sleeper ear plugs would be useful. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The home was clean, comfortable and was in a perfect location at ground level. It also had a partial ocean view that was perfect to wake up and go to bed to. Yes, we would stay here again!

This is a beautiful property….the condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. Our 16 and 17 year old boys slept in the double room and our 10 year old son slept on the pull out sofa bed in the living room…we loved the ability to walk out the patio doors straight to the pool and beach as well….the Kaanapali alii is perfectly situated close to whalers village but just far enough away from most of the crowds. We would definitely recommend this property!

The only negative was that the access to the beach and beach walk way was locked every night at 6 pm. I understand the circumstances but would have liked a way to access the property without going the long way around while carrying all of our beach play toys, towels etc.

When we arrived we were unsure of how we would like the property, we quickly discovered it was absolutely perfect. Easy access to the beach, shops, area restaurants, on site pools and hot tubs, and the provided BBQ area. With all of that we still had a sense of privacy with a nice grassy area off the porch.
Unit itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. We are looking forward to going back!

This was a great resort for families or couples. We had our whole family and children ages 7-21 with us and it was great for all. Very clean and friendly and close to Whalers Village. We loved this resort and will be back soon.

The unit was everything that the pictures online show and more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make simple breakfasts, tropical blended drinks, or a gourmet dinner. Having the grill just a short walk from the unit is a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. From the lanai, you can hear the waves crashing and see the ocean.
Although the ocean walk path that goes through the property is closed because of beach erosion (can't stop Mother Nature), access to the beach and beach path is easily accessible on either end of the property, just not directly from the pool area.
The property has a great gym, and tennis courts and is a short drive from pickleball courts.
Located in the heart of Kaanapali Beach, almost everything on the beach is a 5-15 minute walk.
We specifically wanted a ground-floor unit this unit did not disappoint. We will be back.

Good size condo with comfortable beds. The condo had a bit of a funny smell to it, could do with a good airing out. Toilet made a gurgle sound when flushing and sometimes needed to be flushed a few times.

I would definitely stay at the Kaanapali Alii again! The resort was beautiful and all accommodations were clean. We saw staff watering landscape and grooming the property all day long and they were polite and not invasive to your privacy in any way. The location is fantastic. You can walk the beach path to other resorts and the Whaler's village of shops and restaurants is walking distance. The condo we rented was beautiful and newly renovated just as the pictures showed. I have only positive comments about the Alii and my first Vrbo experience!!

Our experience at Kaanapali Alii was wonderful. The condo was exactly as the pictures and very clean and beautiful. The lawn leading out to the pool and beach area was perfect for our grandson to run and play. Many beautiful sunsets were viewed from the lanai as well as a few sunrises! You can't beat a beautiful sunset in Maui! Totally loved our experience for our 30th anniversary at Kaanapali Alii. We will definitely be back for future visits to Maui and Kaanapali Alii! Muhalo

Perfect location, gorgeous condo
This home is perfect for a family. Plenty of room to relax. Wonderful lanai to relax on when drinking coffee in the morning. Ground floor, corner lot ideal for easy access to the pool and beach. Walking to restaurants is a plus.
The home has spices and oil for cooking. Keurig for coffee. Great plastic storage containers for left overs and a small cooler for the pool. Be sure to make an evening available to grill by the pool. A staff member is there to assist and even grill for you (be sure to tip him).
The grounds are immaculate and the poolside staff are very kind and eager to help.
Would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Great place for families. We’ve been to Maui a few times and love this location and the proximity to Whalers Village. The condo itself is very well kept and stocked with some of the extras like oil, spices, q-tips, Band Aides, etc…things you don’t think about when you’re going on a trip.

Enjoyed this unit very much. There were four of us and my 13 month old grandson. It was so convenient to go to the pool and come back to the condo which was right there off the grass area. Unit was very clean and the furniture and kitchen inside is beautiful. We will definitely return to this unit. Bonnie Chadwick was wonderful and she made the reservation process very easy. I will definitely recommend the Beach Rentals West Maui group to friends who are traveling to the island.

Great condo with nice furnishings and only issues were with having to buy a pan because theirs were worn out and the linen had to be re-washed because it smelt moldy.

This was a perfect, family friendly condo, beautiful place, great kitchen well stocked for cooking. Incredible access to beach, pools, lawn. Coffee every morning and cocktails at night on this lanai watching the sunset were amazing! Low key resort, great for family with young kids, we also loved the tennis court. Staff was excellent. Couldn’t have loved our stay more, quiet at night, a relaxing and peaceful week. Great proximity to Whalers village, we walked there for lunch and coffee. We will for sure be back, if you are on the fence, book this place ASAP!

Wonderful location. Especially liked the ability to open the door and walk out to the pool and beach. Black Rock was a 10 minute walk and spent many hours snorkeling there.
