We had a great time with our family at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect. The location was just what we needed for what our plans were. We would definitely stay here again.

This home fit our group (2 couples) perfectly. It was also spacious for us to have our niece's family of four for supper a few nights. And it was close enough for us to enjoy the teenagers' activities! The neighborhood was quiet during the week and even the music being played next door on Saturday was of our liking. The property manager, Mike, as very attentive and made check-in & check-out a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed there is an extra daily fee to heat the pool if desired. We opted not to. The water was a bit chilly but not too cold for Central New Yorker's. Overall the owner, manager and property were great. Much appreciation given to them for working with us during a family emergency and National COVID-19 restrictions. Highly recommended!

We rented this property in April 2021. This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The area was convenient to shopping, activities, and near our family who lives in Brooksville, FL. Wonderful !!!!
The house was a perfect fit for our fqmily . we loved the pool as did the kids. They would swim from sun up to sun flown if we let them. The home was beautiful. And the hospitality from Mike was wonderful. He was very kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly for our stay and can't wait to make plans first next year. The kids did this is there Florida home. And we feel the same . it was relaxing and we had no worries for our stay. It was also nicely located next to anything you may need.

Welcoming, warm, comfortable and clean!
We found this property was just right. We loved the floor plan, giving families ways to be together inside and out, and still have private space. The home was well-equipped, both with bed and bath linens and swimming towels, and all amenities available in the kitchen from microwave to blender, an extra coffeemaker and good knives! The pool and lanai were lovely, and, being northerners, found that the 74-76 degree pool was refreshing unheated. This is a great R & R property in a quiet neighborhood, and we’d love to be there again.
Mike, the property manager, was attentive without being intrusive, and it felt good to know that if there were problems, he was only a phone call away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home, and appreciate the owners’ sharing it with us.

We chose this beautiful home due to its close proximity to Weeki Wachee River. The property manager, Mike, kept in touch with us prior to our arrival and upon arrival. He was very friendly, helpful and thorough. The house was very well kept...super clean and well furnished. We loved the pool, and spent a lot of time enjoying that as well. We’d definitely stay at this home again if visiting Weeki Wachee area.

Fantistic home, extremely clean nice and roomy,
Our family of 8 ( 5 adults and 3 children, ages 4,4 and 6) loved this home, It is extremely roomy. clean, in a quite neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable for sleeping and a real home away from home. The pool was fantastic and everyone loved it. I would recommend this to other people. The down fall is we were 1 to 2 hours from attractions that we wanted to visit.

Great vacation home!
We absolutely loved our week here! As prior reviews mentioned, the home is very spacious and very clean. We comfortably fit our group of 6, including me and my wife, and our 4 kids ranging in age from 16 to 21. The lanai is gorgeous and the pool was crystal clear. Mike and Brenda, the property managers, were super nice and conscientious - you can tell they really care about the home and the people that stay there. We couldn't have been happier and can't wait to come back!

Excellent
The house was laid out very nicely. Of course with a pool enclosed my granddaughter was easily enticed to return to the home after sightseeing. Think she preferred to stay there and swim! There was lots of room and it was close to Clearwater and even close to the parks and beaches around Spring Hill. Our host, Michael was very polite and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was ok. We look forward to renting from them again when we are in Florida. Thanks for a memorable vacation!
