Buona struttura, la consiglio

Struttura accogliente e pulita. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione molto buona per raggiungere vari punti della città, vista la vicinanza alla metro. Nonostante ci trovassimo nei quartieri spagnoli quindi con locali sotto casa e passaggio continuo di persone, non siamo state disturbate. Ambiente ben insonorizzato.

Le tre rampe di scale per accedere all'appartamento sono un po' impegnative con le valige, ma comunque fattibile.

Удобни, чисти и красиви стаи

Супер разположен - близко до всичко. Чисти, удобни и красиви стаи с тераси. Имахме 3 стаи - двойна, тройна и четворна. На цялата компания ни харесаха. Всеки ден се почистваше. Забравихме ключа вътре и домакинът ни помогна веднага да влезем. В уличката под него има ресторант с рибни специалитети на добри цени.

Non ho trovato nessuno il giorno della partenza, per poter pagare. Non andava il wi fi, e i telefonini non prendevano. Eravamo isolati nelle comunicazioni

La struttura è centrale, in un vicoletto Instagrammabile dei quartieri. la stanza si presenta bene con tutti servizi funzionanti che offre la struttura. il personale è molto gentile e attento al cliente, consigliato.

Migliorerei un pizzico la pulizia, ho trovato segni scuri sia nella vasca che nella sauna, ma nulla di esagerato. fornirei almeno una bottiglia d’acqua, e una cialda di caffè , siamo a Napoli 😂

Real Gardinetto a Toledo

Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal dort gewesen. Dieses Mal waren wir einen Stock höher im neu renovierten Stock. Das Zimmer war sauber (bis auf einen Fleck auf der Decke), alles ist sehr neu. Jedoch sind die Türen misserabel. Man hört alles was im Gang geschieht und das schliessen der Tür ist knifflig und daher auch teilweise recht laut. Man hört es wenn jemand im Gang versucht seine Tür zu schliessen.

Good solution for younger people, excellent position, nice rooms, clean.

Position in quartieri spagnoli, very central but not quiet. Third floor without lift was a problem for my parents but in this area it‘s impossible to have a lift. The sliding door of one room didn‘t close easily. The bed were comfortsble. The fan world good to and could heath the room, but was a bit loud. The room was cleaned every day and the contact with property was quick and helpful. Very cheap room for good value. So many restaurants, bars and shops.

Fantastico

Ho soggiornato nella stanza suite con spa privata piccola (ci sono 2 stanza in struttura di questa tipologia, una più grande ed una più piccola), molto confortevole ed accogliente, vasca idromassaggio e sauna situate difronte al letto matrimoniale creano un ambiente rilassante, c'è anche un balconcino che affaccia verso l'interno del palazzo con un tavolino e 2 sedie. Per completare la doccia presente in bagno ha luci led che cambiano colore per creare un ambiente più rilassante.

La localisation était top en plein quartier espagnol. Proximité de la navette aéroport, centre historique, commerces et restaurants.

Central Clean Spacious Room.

Central location for the sights, easy to reach everything on foot. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was clean with everything needed. The owner arrived as soon as we called and was very pleasant.

Everything met our expectations.

El acceso en auto , complicado . No conocíamos Nápoles y hemos debido tener previo aviso de lo complejo del acceso con maletas ,etc.

Nel cuore di Napoli

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio di pulizia della camere quotidiano e la possibilità di effettuare il self check-in. La posizione permette di avere tutto a pochi passi, evitando di dover dover prendere taxi o altri mezzi di trasporto.

I gradini per raggiungere le camere sono molto alti, inoltre non c'è una buona insonorizzazione delle camere rispetto al corridoio e alle camere adiacenti. Ogni mattina siamo stati svegliati molto presto dai rumori degli altri ospiti.

Amazing location, comfortable room.

The only problem was communicating with the host. Despite I booked weeks before my arrival, and contacted the host days in advance, I received all the check-in information only 30 minutes before getting there. This was ok in the end, as I received clear and detailed information, but it would have saved me some stress. The real problem was related to the keys. The host said that I was going to find in the reception a key for the room and a key for the main door. The host specified that the code for the main door was going to be disabled later in the night (he didn't specify at what time), so I would have needed absolutely the key to get back in. But in the reception there was only the key for the room's door. So I texted the host, who answered more than one hour later that I could have used the code to get back in. But earlier he specified that the code would have been disabled. So, I had no key for the main door and was unable to go out that night without facing the risk of not getting back in.

Naples is a great experience

Everything newly renovated and nicely furnished. Real Giardinetto a Toledo is perfect located, just around the corner of Toledo (Metro 200 meters). Could be a great spot if.....

All the more surprising that no attention was paid to the noise insulation between the rooms. Toilet, shower and conversations in the next room are clearly audible. The room doors are simply a joke. Light sliding doors that defy any noise and security protection. Locking the "room door" is a challenge. But that is not necessary anyway, because there is an unlocked drawer in the corridor where spare keys for all room doors are kept. The positioning of our bed was also curious. It was right next to the sliding door, with neither left nor right space for a shelf or a reading light. There are no light switches by the bed either. The television is installed on the wrong wall. It's clear, someone took over the planning who knows absolutely nothing about it! By the way: WLAN in the 2. floor was not working, but you could catch a weak signal from the 1st. It's a pity (well, maybe other rooms are planed better) Notice: no lift (narrow, steep steps), no reception (the owner or manager was never present, conversation via whatsapp)
