Perfect place to stay if a few minor things as mentioned are ignored.

Location, owners, cleanliness

Out dated/inconvenient bathroom fittings, motor instead of geyser for hot water, food available on order is very basic and in small portions and they same stuff is available nearby for 1/4th the price.

Perfect place for vacationing in Pune

Smooth Check in and Check out, congenial and attentive owner and staff , cleanliness (room cleaned and towels and bedsheets changed daily), all necessary amenities provided in the room, small kitchenette with necessary utensils, microwave and hot jug provided, tasty homemade food available on order, superb location (quiet street) close to various eateries and stores, a bakery on the ground floor that makes delectable croissants and cinnamon rolls

A quiet place that makes an excellent base for few days in Pune.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by trees down a quiet lane off a busy road. Many cafes nearby and easy to access options for dining, shopping etc if interested. The room is simple, furnished dorm style with fridge, microwave, seating area etc. There is access to an outside patio as well. Excellent home cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge.

Nothing. It is the kind of accommodation I prefer when travelling. My goal is to connect with friends and wander around. Those wanting more specific tourist support might find it too basic.

cosy peaceful comfortable stay.

The hospitality is impeccable, big rooms with a clean bathroom ,mini refrigerator, tea kettle, tea n coffe making facilities , the owner is polite & so cultured n kind, always available to help n guide, the location is close to fantastic restaurants, the vibe very cosy , the location away from traffic & cacophony. i would definitely stay again.

If the tarrif could be kept a bit lower nevertheless it's worth paying.

One of the best hotel

Everything about this place is good. The location, room service, amazing host (Mr, Dilip Bhonde), home cooked food, cleanliness, house keeping. Lot of restaurants within 300 meter radius (veg and non-veg, start bucks, coffee nation, udupi etc).

Parking is a little challenge but somehow it was managed

Serenely beautiful place.

First of all I liked the nature of owner and he was so particular about every little things we need when we are away from our home. Room was so clean and tidy. Services was up to the mark. It was beyond my expectations. Location is too good as you can find good restaurants nearby your place. Homely environment.

Great atmosphere, environment Friendly owner who met me Home cooked breakfast you can order Room size is great Kitchen provided, with plenty drinking water You don't get this experience in a hotel! Also has great restaurants around at a walking distance

Great stay and great breakfast

Good room with AC and desk, and great homecooked breakfasts. Location is on a quiet side street off a busy road with lots of restaurants.

Payment with international credit card didn’t work. Owner said he’d fix that for next time.

lovely room with two twin beds and nice bathroom near Law college Pune

Didnt have breakfast - but location was close to Law college. Starbucks takes Card if you're out of Cash... also an ATM, Foreign Exchange, and Organic food store nearby. Was quiet and very tranquil on the street. Owners are lovely and very helpful!

On arrival - make it even more clear for people to use the Telephone to call reception. Their is a sign, but somehow I missed it. Otherwise, everything is great.

Peaceful, centrally located, home-cooked food and exquisite hospitality

Classy as always. Spacious room with all the small touches that can been desired. The bakery downstairs smells delicious. Gentle music on the veranda mingling with the morning parakeet chirps, soothes our entry into the day, and we can make our own coffee with the kettle (not standard over here!). Having a 100% delicious hot home-cooked local breakfast as an option, and the availability to get clothing laundered and fresh in a day, is an absolute luxury as is the personal attention guests get from the always-manned reception. The team is headed by a true gentleman who could teach the best hotels a thing or two about hospitality. Thank you again.

Home away from Home

Hygienic , clean washroom and room, dedicated space for work and good internet speed. Prime location with good outlets around and away from hustle bustle. The owner is very cooperative and very nice Breakfast was very tasty.

Calm , Quiet and a decent place to stay .

The location of the property is at a quiet place .The owner is very helpful and friendly in nature. The property is elegantly designed with all amenities.The support staff is also prompt and helpful.
