Diskriminering av hon i receptionen

Säga nånting som ja inte själv vet lukt på men hon vet, städarna. Att om man vet å känner igen betyder det att man är samma person själv att hålla på med cannabis

Mycket trevligt att göra i Gävle med omnejd

Bra frukost, lämpligt utbud. Rent och snyggt.

Dusch dörren är besvärlig, svårt att ta sig in och ut från duschen.

Mycket nöjd med min vistelse.

Litet mysigt hotell, ligger centralt i Gävle. Väldigt skön säng, jag gillade också att det fanns ett skrivbord och en tillhörande stol till skrivbordet...så är det inte på alla hotell. Trevlig personal! Kaffet och brödet var jättegott på frukosten. Bra också att det fanns en morgontidning att läsa under frukosten.

Hade gillat om det fanns äggröra och bacon till frukost, men samtidigt stod det ju på hemsidan att det serveras en enklare frukost (kontinental).

Ontbijt en de sevice

Regendouche werkte in 2 door ons geboekte kamers niet. Water spoot overal uit, behalve uit de juiste gaatjes.

Mysigt och familjärt.

Omsorgsfulla och genomtänkta detaljer, rent och fräscht, jätteskön säng (rum 315) fint golv, trevligt bemötande i receptionen och så bra med parkering i varmgaraget i direkt anslutning till hotellet!

Kanske kunde vara lite lyxigare frukost... Bättre fruktutbud, lite bättre bröd, havremjölk till kaffet..

Helt ok stopp för en genomresa som detta var.

Det låg bra till med närhet till city. Vi hade hund med oss och rummet kändes välkomnande med separat hälsning, vattenskål och filt. Han tackar särskilt för tuggbenet.

Incheckningen var en katastrof. Då vi anmält att vi skulle ankomma utanför receptionens öppettider fanns ett telefonnummer vi skulle ringa för att få dörrkod och vidare instruktion. Möttes dock enbart av inspelad musik på angivet nummer. Blev insläppta genom dörren av andra gäster och fick googla runt för att hitta annat telefonnummer. Till slut hittade vi ett annat telefonnummer i ett Mail vi fått från Booking.com. Efter det funkade det bra.

Friendly employees, a really good breakfast and good facilities. Overall a very nice hotel.

Parking was a bit tough to find due to the hotels garage being fully booked. But apart from that my stay was really good.

Nice stay close to train station and center

Nice, simple room with all i needed. Staff is nice and packs breakfast bag in case you can’t make the breakfast time. Gävle is relatively small and you can reach s lot by foot from here.

Room got relatively warm in summer (22 is already warm for me) and it was hard too cool it down.

Pleasant hotel for short trip

Pleasant sized rooms and good shower.

Mattress was very thin and pillows were uncomfortable. Noise from both inside and outside the building. Breakfast had very limited options.

Great hotel, awesome location

Very comfortable room, clean, good staff and pretty good breakfast. Great location for the railway travelers. They gave us a room for our luggage to keep for many hours. Called us a taxi. Very nice overall.

There was a small but very irritating problem, when while checking-in at 12AM our room key just didn't work. We had to call the property, they gave us a card remotely, but it still didn't work. Then we just got a new room. It was just a small problem but it spoiled the overall feeling, which was absolutely great apart from this.

Very nice staff and a dog-friendly place

Small but very comfortable and clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and a very accommodating place if you're traveling with a dog as we were. Very pleasant stay in every way and highly recommended.

Extremely affordable stay close to central

A very nice and affordable place close to Gävle central. The host was super nice and the breakfast spread was very decent. Room and the hotel was super clean. Check in and check out was seamless.
