Excellent location and customer service but a bit tired in terms of decor.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Helped us with an issue with our flights and spoke to airline on our behalf. Arranged trips and transfers. Very good location, near to the dragon bridge. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed.

Tiny balcony with no furniture to make the most of it (having to hire furniture for your own balcony seems very strange). Showing signs of needing a deep clean and lick of paint.

Definetly short-list this place for Da Nang

Felt like a 5 star hotel. Well presented and great rooms. Good location

Nearby club played music until 3:00am. Ask for a room away from this.

Great central location, waterfront just few steps away. Pink cathedral in front of the door. Dragon bridge near by. Great places to eat all around.

Nice hotel in a nice location for a reasonable price

The location was good at a good price. Lots of food, gelato, coffee and brewery beer within walking distance and the airport is about 10 minutes away. There was a view from our balcony of the 'chicken church' which apparently is a thing. Buffet breakfast was open early which was good when our flight was early.

The room was a bit dated and worn but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There were nearby hotels with a better rooftop view of the bridges so we went there for pictures.

Great place, price is decent

Location, location, location. It was close to the market and the river. There's bar/pub and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, layout was fantastic.

We booked the suite, the view of the church was lovely, minor thing the bed was slightly on the harder side and window could be more sound proof.

based in town centre, hotel had lovely food and the staff were very efficient and friendly. very christmasy as could see all the church service on Christmas eve and Christmas day.

I was ripped off severely

I did not like being ripped off financially and the staff the day I left were rude and uncooperative. It may have helped if someone spoke some English but they didn't understand a word I said.

The location is close to centre and The dragon bridge.

The room was little small. The quality of towels and robes wear and tear. the room was so much dust. the soundproof didn’t work well. We can heard everything what staff speak to each other clear and lound.

Because of our tight schedule we ended up staying at the hotel only 6 hours but my impression with the bellman was fantastic. We were first welcomed with a glass of some kind of drink that we had no idea what it was but it was really refreshing and nice. Besides taking care of our luggage as every bellman always does, he went above and beyond by making sure we were not running late for our flight when I told him that we would checkout around 5:30am and even packed breakfast for us to bring with us without being asked as the hotel’s restaurant wouldn’t open until 6:00. That may be nothing special for some people but I’m personally touched by that

There was a weird odor that I suspect it was coming from the washroom drain. The room that we stayed was not well sound proof as I could hear people walking, talking, flushing in the bathroom of the room above ours.

THE HOTEL MAKES UP RULES TO FORCE YOU TO PAY EXTRA MONEY!

The room is just fine.

Although I booked a room for 2 people and I checked in at 2pm, my partner, who arrived at 2am, wasn't allowed to check in for free. The receptionist mentioned that anyone checking in after 11pm needed to either book a new room or pay VND 300,000. This is NOT part of the booking policies or any kind of information you can find BEFORE you book the room. This is unacceptable, as it's not fair for the hotel to be making up rules "as you go", rules that haven't been stated from the beginning. I have attached all the information you can currently find about the booking policies related to this hotel, just in case the hotel decides to modify the information after this review get posted. Also, there is a church in front of the hotel that ring its bells at 4:15 am. What else can I say? DO NOT STAY HERE!
