Great location, rooms, staff and views. Factoring in money, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Italy.
I didn’t like that our schedule didn’t permit us to stay longer. Can’t blame the hotel for that!

Breakfast was very good.
Really, all was very good. Could have helped more with restaurant suggestions. They were vague and pretty non-communal.

My husband and I had an unforgettable experience!
the hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for both beach and old city walks. The staff was so very nice and always so accommodating. I highly recommend!

Location was perfect, close to the beach and old town Vieste, a couple minutes walking distance to both. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Angela. She went out of her way to help us with laundry, and setting up a spot on the beach with lounge chairs and an umbrella before the beach club was officially open. Breakfast was great, so many different items to choose from.

4.0 / 5.0
Excellent location at the sweet spot between the historic center and the beach.
The panoramic terrace is lovely.
The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean.
The underground garage was well lit and was manageable even with an SUV.
The closure of the swimming pool between 13:00 and 16:00 seems an excessively long period, particularly in the beginning and end of the summer when the sun disappears relatively early behind the surrounding buildings.

Peefect location close to the beach and rocks scenery. Very clean. Wide breakfast focused on sweets and fruit mainly, nice terrace for evening with a bar
Limited English knowledge at staff side. We would appreciate some vegetable at the breakfast.

Staff is very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast provided is very good and the swimming pool is a nice way to relax during the hot afternoons. The location is amazing. Less than 5 minutes walking from the old city and stones throw from a very nice beach. Definitely worth the price.
The elevator system can be improved. We only needed to use the elevator once when we checked out due to our bags, but we had to wait 20+ minutes as every time the elevator would go first to the higher floors before stopping at our floor and during the 4+ times if stopped for us, it always was occupied forcing us to wait for the next trip. Other families on other floors had the same issue.

Very nice staff and good amenities. Beautiful view from our room. The hotel’s restaurant is very good and the service very professional. Great organization with Covid measures.

Well located, a few blocks from the centre and close to the beach. Of-season so quiet a our time.
Swimming pool already in service but of course still cold (as warned so no complaint).
surrounding areas were demolished / rubbished, not noticeable from the hotel though.
