Estancia corta pero muy agradable

El personal fue muy agradable con nosotros. Se preocuparon mucho por ofrecernos una estancia muy agradable. Tanto nuestra perrita como nuestra bebé estuvieron muy cómodas. Solicitamos una cuna para nuestra estancia y, al indicar que la bebé tenía dos meses, nos pusieron una cuna pequeña de colecho para que estuviera bien. Destacar que dejaron una toalla específica de bebé para ella. ¡Todo un detalle! La habitación estaba impoluta y fresquita (al llegar había 35 grados en el exterior). El aire funcionaba perfecto y los textiles estaban súper limpios. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos a Aranjuez y a este hostal.

Las almohadas eran finas y el colchón crujía bastante.

El primer día el suelo de la habitación estaba sucio, habían trozos de suciedad. Los demás días todo perfecto y limpio

Habitaciones rodeando un patio muy bonito. Todo muy bien ambientado con un estilo antiguo. Todo es muy amplio. Cama grande con un colchón muy bueno. Plato de ducha amplio, no tienes que estar encogido. Cerca del centro. Buen trato personal. He aparcado el coche justo en frente ,sin dificultad. El desayuno básico con croasan, tostada, sándwich y cafés y zumo de naranja natural.Me ha encantado el hostal.

No tengo queja alguna. A modo de información,no tiene ascensor,por si te hace falta.

Charming and convenient hotel

Aranjuez is a gem - easy to get around and relaxing. The hostal is in an excellent location to explore the town on foot. The public areas are very charming; our room is basic but comfortable and clean. Communication was great and the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good: good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice and choice of a toasted ham and cheese sandwich or croissant. This part of town is not hard to drive around in.. In April, we didn't have much difficulty finding a parking spot on the street a few blocks away and we left it there for 2 nights.

Superb

A very charming hotel. Rooms were nice and very different from one another. Staff was friendly and attentive. A small misunderstanding re kitchen in the room was solved in a matter of seconds, thank you.

The breakfast did not have anything with meat, think sandwiches or ham. We are not vegetarians so we chose to eat breakfast outside.

Excellent place to stay - recommended

The hotel is lovely: the inner courtyard is peaceful with lots of plants and small tables where one can sit outside. My room was large with everything one needs and good, spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. It was quiet at night. I would happily have stayed longer. It is an easy walk to the gardens.

Hostal Castilla is a beautiful old hotel with a wonderful courtyard full of Bonsai trees and plants. The rooms are comfortable and Marcus and David were very accommodating in taking delivery of and storing our bikes. Perfect for bike tourers.

Nice place to stay near the palace and gardens

The location was good, the place was nice, and the staff were very friendly. Also the breakfast was great!

There was no cushions which made it a bit uncomfortable to watch TV from the bed.
