Ist in die Jahre gekommen, sollte an Renovierungen und neuem Interieur gedacht werden.

The boutique hotel was clean, with generous rooms and well-working AC - but nothing special in any way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very much OK and good value fo money for our purposes but we wouldn't like to spend more than 1-2 nights there.
we just experienced a hotel with a very good breakfast. In comparison, the continental one at Noco's Villa was a bit boring and unimaginative. The orange juice dispenser was broken on both days we were there. The location is quite a bit off from Zadar. There is no beach! People enjoy the sea directly from the stone promenade right in front of the hotel - not our style.

Well served breakfast, great location. Very flexible and helpful staff.
No place to dry swimsuits or clothes.

Enjoyed the free breakfast, it definitely helped to start the day, since there was only a fridge in the room. We did not worry about searching for a meal or heating something up before going out to enjoy our day.
The room was very clean and the staff were very nice and polite and helpful!
The wifi latency was over 300-400+ ms with a lot of dropped packets. The Download/Upload speed was .03mbps and not usable for work video conferences. Laptop could not open web sites or login, needed to purchase a A1 sim card and tether hotspot which ended up working well but cost me $$$.
The Air Conditioner did not blow hard or cold, it cycled ever few minutes and stopped working and then started again and did not provide any relief in the heat.
The parking was full and there were no more spots left if you arrived back from dinner late.

very good location, you just need to cross the street to have a swim. beds are good.
had to wait 50 mins to get the room while arriving at 4 pm. room was rather dark and one can hear noises from the restaurant upstairs in the morning.

Very nice place, friendly staff, near to the center, just 10.min by car. Breakfast was good, they prepared for us hot meal as well. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and nice view. We will come back definitely.

Diklo is a calm and relaxing place, we really loved it. It is between the main center of Zadar and Nin and Vir. So the Location is Fine. The breakfast was good!
During 7 nights the room was cleaned only twice. We did not get fresh towels and had to make do with the same ones for 7 days. Also, there was no balcony or window with a nice view. In our room, the roller shutter on the only window was broken. We had asked the staff on the first day if they could look for it, because at night the light from cars had disturbed so that one could not sleep well. Unfortunately, no one took care of it.

Close to the water. The girl at the desk tried really hard but there was nothing she could do to fix a nightmare.
Night one: I want to go for dinner but Austrian car blocking entire drive. Solution - I go to a restaurant on foot
Morning one: I want to go the the pharmacy but Croatian car blocking the drive. Solution - medicine has to wait
Afternoon one, another car blocking the drive.
I tell the girl, enough is enough and after this ridiculous farce of a stay that I will be leaving 1 day early. Their solution, charge me full rate for 3 night and the €10 dog charge........
Never an apology for missing my girlfriend´s Birthday dinner because of loser from Vienna. Don't call your boss, call the tow truck company. Customer rightfully angry and leaving early.....don't charge them full rates because you then get a rubbish reply.

This was the worst place I ever been in my entire life traveling all over the world.
From the start I've been lied about the airport shuttle pick up, than the cab that I was told that the hotel will take care refused to pay and the cab driver overcharged me four times fold and the manager Tom didn't do anything about this illegality.

Super, very friendly and clean. Close to the sea and bus stop. Quiet street, nice rooms.

Wonderful place, very tranquil. I suggest for sea lovers. Sea is about 50 feet. Kindly staff, good breakfast. There is a restaurant in a hotel, but there are also some restaurants nearby.
I would like to see water in a room next time. Sea cost is without sand but equipped by handrails. Beach with a sand is about 10 minutes by feet.
9.2
Wonderful position (50 m to sea), big clean room, friendly staff.
It would be better to have water in rooms, or better minibar.
