Estancia correcta para lo que buscábamos.

Parking gratuito en las inmediaciones. Alejada del centro pero fácil llegar caminando. Personal del hotel muy agradable y atento

Tudo espectacular!!

Ficámos alojados 9 dias neste hotel em Julho, numa suite, e adorámos!! Todas as divisões (quarto, sala e wc) eram muito espaçosas, existia um grande roupeiro à entrada e ainda um pequeno corredor entre a sala e o quarto com lavatório e um pequeno frigorífico. Cama de casal grande e confortável, ar condicionado a funcionar bem, sala com varanda com vista para o mar, chuveiro com água bem quente e boa pressão. O chão é alcatifa, o que pode não agradar a todos mas estava em boas condições e para nós foi bastante confortável. Todos os funcionários, desde a recepção, às senhoras da limpeza e empregados do restaurante, foram sempre simpáticos e atenciosos. Um agradecimento especial ao Sr. da recepção pela forma como nos recebeu à chegada! :) Gostámos muito da comida, tanto do pequeno almoço como do jantar! Bastante variedade ao pequeno almoço, sentimos apenas falta de outro tipo de ovos para além dos mexidos e de sumos naturais. Apesar de ser época alta e estar sempre bastante cheio de manhã, nunca tivemos dificuldade em arranjar mesa e a reposição era rápida (apenas para as máquinas de café existia alguma fila). A qualidade da comida ao jantar excedeu as nossas expectativas! Podíamos encontrar 2-3 tipos pães e queijos, sopa, várias saladas frias e salgados, um prato de carne, um prato de peixe, vários acompanhamentos, fruta e várias sobremesas, com bebidas incluídas. Os pratos principais foram sempre muito saborosos e nas 9 noites que lá jantámos nunca se repetiram! A piscina interior é maravilhosa, grande e super quentinha! Existe muito estacionamento de rua gratuito à volta do hotel. Adorámos tudo neste hotel e só podemos recomendar!!

Todos os dias em que frequentámos a piscina interior deparámo-nos com hóspedes a nadar sem touca, cujo uso é obrigatório. O hotel não tem culpa da falta de civismo das pessoas mas deveria arranjar forma de assegurar o cumprimento das suas normas.

Hotel confortable y con fácil salida a las carreteras para visitar la isla

Habitaciones grandes y camas confortables. Buen servicio de cafetería y muy buen buffet de desayuno. El personal, muy amable y atento. Cuenta con un parking con un coste de 1€ la hora, máximo 10€ al día

El acceso al parking tenía una curva muy pronunciada y un giro con poco espacio tanto para entrar como para salir. Las piscinas, tanto ls interior como la exterior eran muy reducidas

If you have time for an extremely long checkin, this hotel is a good place to stay at

The checkin was terrible, it took close to 30 minutes to reach the receptionist. Checkin was slow (the slowest i experienced in my entire travel career). For such a big hotel it is unacceptable to have one checkin agent at 6 pm and let people wait for 30 minutes. The personnel was friendly, breakfast good (at a surplus). Hairdresser on site (but didn't make use of this service.

Clean linen and bathroom, convenient location, polite staff.

Monotonous breakfast, no vegetables, terrible coffee for breakfast. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. The hotel itself is quite old.

My stay was quite good .Staff is super .

The carpets smell very bad at least in the 4 th floor .My room was 434.When you get out of the lift the smell is not pleasant at all .

Good!

Room is ok, need to clean the carpets better or buy new. The dinner was poor, but the breakfast ok. The staff very friendly and was helpful.

The carpets on the floor in the rooms looked a bit dirty. The dinner in the afternoon was poor.

the price in last minutes

the hotel is situated on the biggest roundabout of PDL if wouldn’t be a problem if the airco was not so noisy; but unfortunately I had to open the windows as the airco makes that super huge noise; all carpets everywhere are disgusting ; seriously dirt! there is no access to the outside except in the street during night time ; All public spaces are very high empty room with no sound solution , I exit the breakfast with a huge headache the wiew from the room is over an industrial area ( you can see the ocean far away tho) no night facilities I had been landing late everything was closed , and there was not even a possibility to make myself a coffee , no room service it could be a great 2/3 stars

Rather take a smaller hotel in the city of P.Delgada

Big room. Kind receptionist at check in.

The WI-FI didn't work; i called the reception desk for assistance, but they couldn't help us through the line, so I rather skip it. The room view was awful (to the backyard of the construction field and the compressors). The breakfast was just Ok, it didn't meet our expectations at all for a 4* rated hotel; they offered only scrambled eggs and these were the substitute, unfortunately. We're in much better hotels not star-rated in the city center.
