Le personnel est très accueillant.
La borne de recharge ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine n’était pas encore ouverte…

Loved the gardens, the pool, location and some of the staff. Has all the airs and grace of a 4* but superficial. Restaurant had good quality food, but limited menu.
Barely holding its 4* status in my opinion. The rooms were dilapidated with a couple of lights not working. No fridge nor coffee & tea in the room, or even daily water, so we'll below 4*. Old school hand shower etc.
Hotel staff quite hard to find, and a bit dismissive. There was one staff member who was very helpful though.

Lovely building - from the outside only.
Good breakfast.
We disliked the place - once inside it has the air of a holiday camp. Major updating required. Our “luxury” room was small, cramped, no sofa as advertised, no fridge and no water offered despite the fact that it was 35c+ outside. Pool full of screaming children. We will not be back. Seriously over-priced.

We all loved the location and the friendly vibe of the hotel, in particular the staff, and Louis was often so helpful to us.

Everything was brilliant! Could not recommend this hotel enough. Brilliant and welcoming team, wonderful facilities, and nestled away in this French town. Just fab! We stayed as a part of a honeymoon trip, and the staff made it so special, going above and beyond!
Nothing! It was superb!

Property was excellent and the outstanding stuff nice, swimming pool and the vaccine location. It is for recommendation for sure.
I did like a location mostly and the facility was it with a swimming pool end up with the nice stuff and the nice location only about 10-15 minutes from centre of the other of Avignon

This is a favourite place of ours. The fourth time I’m here. Love the little town. Love having breakfast in the garden listening to the cicadas

Beautiful hotel in need of a little more care. Cute little rooms and a great pool and garden area
Just needs a little more love and attention. The breakfast was terrible. No coffee, no food, very little selection.

nothing really.

The bathroom was amazing!!! With multiple parking areas the parking was close to the room. Nice balcony and great spacious room. The bed really comfortable and soft.
There was no central ceiling light in the main room, so most of the lighting came from either natural sunlight, or a small table light and the very dim bedside lights. Furthermore the two mattresses shifted apart in the middle of the night. Not a huge problem though.

this property requires a major refurbishment. we booked the suite , the bathroom was very dated and had no shower .
The pool area has cracked paving , and again looks very tired.

The breakfast buffet should offer more of a variety as well as fresh fruit.
Can’t think of anything negative

The garden
The hotel was dirty, stair carpets very dirty, dust in the room, trash bins in the yard. It was understaffed. Only one person was in the kitchen of their restaurant preparing dinner ( just heating some already prepared food) and the same person was serving. A big waiting time and not fresh meals. The hotel takes profit of having maintained an active webpage for a previous very good restaurant they had in the past. They do not communicate when booking that that restaurant simply does not exist anymore. Booking such a hotel with a high price took into account the fact that they had a very good restaurant! We’ll surprise, their attempt to serve some good cannot be called a restaurant. When more clients asked to speak with the manager we were informed that there was no manager. The previous one had left. The poor staff in the reception were helpful but in general they could not be kept responsible for bad management. We wonder how this hotel get an authorisation from the town hall to open in those conditions during summer and moreover to charge prices of 250 EUR for a room. This is a shame! Never ever!

The location was very good, the swimming pool was excellent, the settings around the hotel were excellent and the staff extremely nice.
The Internet was non-existent in our rooms and you could barely get a signal when you were close to the main building even then it was hit and miss ,very disappointing.
The breakfast was adequate. During the breakfast period the hotel was understaffed. when there was a problem it was difficult for the staff member to sort anything out because they were so busy.

The staff was very accommodating and the courtyard was lovely.
Our room was adequate but a bit worn down.

Everything about the property was disappointing!
We have stayed here in years past and sent many friends and family because at one time it was a beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens and restaurant. It was really sad to see that the hotel has fallen into such a poor state.
The list is too long to mention.

The charming bedroom with a writing desk and writing paper and envelopes

Location was much further from the city center than we realised. You definitely need a car for this location or be prepared to Uber for a min of 20 mins to get to the center.
The complex was not very clean outside -leaves etc everywhere, all over our balcony. It appears it had not been swept for several weeks.

the location
we have visited a few times before and the restaurant was fabulous. The description stated that there was a restaurant we were offered snacks or a Lasagne. Very disappointed. Also booked the suite with terrace and we were given a first floor suite, were told it was a lovely room but we wanted the one we had booked as we had stayed in it before. They did move us after 1 day.

Hands down winner for the worst guest experience ever. Rude unfriendly receptionist- in fact, the worst receptionist I have ever encountered, she seemed to be annoyed by guests, glaring and eye rolling me when we tried to check in after a long journey and telling me it’s my fault for booking a big room because it takes so long to clean….
Room not ready at check in, despite a 4pm check in.
Absolutely no service, no welcome, no refreshments offered, no hotel directory in room.
Hotel looks nothing like website, it’s shabby, run down and dirty.
Dirty common areas, filthy carpets.
No tea/coffee or glasses in room.
No minibar/fridge.
‘Luxury’ room overlooked truck and rubbish dump.
Uncomfortable lumpy mattress with sheet too small for the mattress, so the flat sheet just lay on top of the mattress but was too small to be tucked in.
Wifi password not shared with guests.
No blockout curtains.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I would not recommend it.

The outside aspect and the location
An absolute disaster. This property has a very serious staff and management problem. When we arrived, the only remaining room we had booked was not made and no staff was available to do it on the spot. What is more, looking at the room, it is rather equivalent in standard to one worth a third of the price they charge... In the end, we were glad to have to look elsewhere
