The worst impression in our journey of 15 days in France and in the Pyrenees

Thé place was dirty The owner was not helpful at all Actually this place act as a bar and a restaurant and all the smells from down stairs are in the rooms There are no air conditioning in the rooms Minimal basic equipment in the room When we talked to the owner , he did not care at all - what was matter for him that we shall pay in advance BEFORE we can go to the rooms even for the petit dégénéré . This is a bed reputation for Booking.com to put this “hotel” in your advertisement Because of the attitude of the owner we also published our comments in Facebook & instagram so not one even think of choosing such a place

Could do with a little updating of the bathroom but did not distract from the amazing location and view

Exceptional

Our stay was wonderful. The room was super comfortable and the staff were wonderful. Very friendly family run establishment. The location could not have been better...easy to walk around town and on the road to explore. Safe bike parking as well. Hope to return for another visit soon

Confortable stay in a historical building in the center of Luz Saint Sauveur

The hotel is located in an historical building and I had a room with a lot of charm with view on the mountains and the sound of the mountain stream down below. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Nothing very significant. I wished the breakfast had more variety of salty dishes.

Classic French hotel in a lovely setting

Lovely setting in the mountains - nice view from the room looking on to the river. Friendly team, nice restaurant, bar, car park and central location.

Bad

Rooms smell really bad because of the sweage. Showers built in such a way there is no water lock. In the terrace they have a dog enclosed in a space full with excrements that besides the smell is quite hard heart breaking to see...

great location in heart of the town with amazing mountain views. good facilities and loved the big shutter windows. comfortable rooms with good facilities.

it can get very hot in the summer nights if your windows are closed. It’s either overheat at night or listen to the loud river outside. I’m sure this problem wouldn’t exist in winter months though.

Very central in a nice village

The hotel had a restaurant but it had a limited menu, the same for the four nights we were there. A dish of the day would have been nice.

Good location

The front desk staff were rude; the room had not been cleaned very well (including open shampoo from the last guest still sitting on the floor of the bathroom); no toilet paper in our bathroom.

There was no button to turn on the air condition. Wifi did not work throughout the property, in room, restaurant or lobby.
