et rigtig godt ophold

Meget rent værelse. Møbler helt nye. At metro var lige i nærheden.

Morgenmaden - ikke så stort et udvalg fx brød, blødkogte æg ( manglede )

decent stay, not satisfactory from novotel standards

location is excellent, direct at U2 station room has good facilities and the view from room is beautiful close to shopping arcade but it closes at 8.30 pm which was sad

room had plumbing issues, there was constant foul smell from the drainage which was terrible

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff - a 9/10 stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. It's conveniently located close to the subway and a shopping mall, which made exploring the city very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I'd rate it a 9/10.

The receptionits were kind and really helpful as I left my identities and some money in my room and they kept for me for 5 days as I travelled back and I received it. Especially thanks for Pia(receptionist) honesty and professional arrangement.Thanks for the cleaning staff as well as probably they found it and report for the reception. I travel to Münich sometimes and I choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel, great location, will definitely recommend and visit again.

The breakfast was mostly alright, there were quite a number of variety. The options were also well presented, and the strawberry yoghurt was excellent! The room was spacious, USB port was surplus and excellent, the hotel view was great. The location was great, with access to public transport and an adjoining mall.

Sometimes the restaurant was too busy or even not clean. At times, some desired food options were not available or exhausted, though soon replaced. On some days the scrambled egg was soggy, also sometimes the bacon. The desert types would be nice if labelled.

Very good option for Munich

The room was comfortable, the location is very good, right at the entry to a subway station, there is a P+R at one metro station distance, there is a very large commercial center right next to the hotel, thus you can find anything you want. The staff was very nice. Overall, a very good option for Munich!

We did not find anything worth to be mentioned, everything was good overall!

Great spot to enjoy family hodays to munchen

great location, close to shopping mall, train and public transportation, can also use share car app and use a car and leave it at the area, further electric scooters and bikes available close to the hotel.

Good value.

Perfect location to fork at Muenchen Messe. Modern design, great breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Water pressure of the shower was low and almost impossible to set a correct temperature.

Very good

The accommodation is not close to the city centre, but it is very well connected; there is a subway station right at the hotel entrance. The beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was also at a good level. An advantage is that there is a shopping center and several markets nearby. Also it's good value for money.

There was definitely an issue with the shower - the water pressure was weak, and the temperature fluctuated between scalding hot and cold, making showering very unpleasant. Additionally, one time the housekeeper entered our room while we were still inside, which was quite shocking.
