A személyzet kedves volt

A szoba kicsi volt, az ágy kényelmetlen, túl puha és az ágynemű is kényelmetlen volt. Elég hideg volt a szobában, de mi nem tudtuk szabályozni a hőmérsékletet. Reggelinél nem volt elég asztal, többen várakoztak felettünk amíg mi ettünk. Üdítőt kérésre hoztak, de hamar elfogyott.

Very good

I like smiley personell, access to parking lot and fresh and still warm bread on the brekfast. We came on friday morning just to leave our car on parking but recepcionist was so kind that we can already check in on 10:00 instead of 14:00. That was super kind.

Smell from the AC was like on the dentist visit. Brekfast witoutout vegetables and awful caffe. Sorry guys coffe was terrible.

Weekend stay in Budapest

Before arriving to hotel i confirmed that we will have double window room. However when we came to the room, it was not one which we confirmed, it was small and only one window. I went to the reception and asked is there any possibility to change because we confirmed that we will have double window room, and receptionist said that the hotel is full. Luckily, he was the person who confirmed our double window room and we could change it finally. Another thing, there was no shapmoos, towels, so we had to ask for it. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Air conditioning was centrally managed and made noise while working, and was not working good as it was still hot in the room. Dont surprise if you will find eggshell in omlet on your plate during the breakfast.

The location is closed to the bus and tram station. The room was clean. The staff are very nice. We had car parking (10 euro/day)

The breakfast was poor when we took about options and we had a problem with the towel (smelled bad when they were wet) but they were changed by the staff after our complaint.

The room was ok One girl at night in reception was really kind

The cleaning is dreadful! First day we arrived, the trash in the bathroom was full of things of other people. We left 3 nights the sign to make up the room hanging on the door, and as the first night no one did it, I asked them to clean it the next day, and the next day, I had to ask for towels because they didn't change them... Nothing. On the last night, when we arrived, we didn't see the sign outside so we thought they made the room. When we enter: they left two more towels on top of the WC, and the blanket of the bed was folded in a really bad way. They didn't take the trash, or clean the room, the cups, or make the bed. The two covers of the bed were thrown in a chair... Really, really disappointing. The WiFi wasn't working well The breakfast was really poor. Almost nothing to eat. Cold coffee, baskets with small pastries all the time or empty or with 2 or 3 things, the bread was hard to eat a couple of days, not a single piece of fruit,..... The night we arrive the lady was quite rude, she basically gave me the card and didn't say or explain anything. I had to ask.

Its not 3 star hotel...Floor carpet was not that clean. Bedsheet had hole (image attached).. Shower gel was available in the shower area.

Survivable for one night stay

Close to the Liberty bridge.

For one night stay we survived. For more days/nights I definately don’t recommend. Room was clean but the carpet not that clean, what you don’t mind that much unless your kid plays on the floor. Breakfast poor but, for one night stop ok. Parking places only 5 awailable for whole hotel. Parking lot in 150m but couldn’t pay by card.

Good experience

Everything was good. The staff was helpful and smiling people. Breakfast is excellent for that price. I recommend everyone who likes walk and public transport. It's excellent location to take a rest and visit by car.

Very poor

Apart from the location, nothing was appealing.

I would strongly recommend not to go by the photos of the hotel posted on the site. It was no where near to what has been posted. Room cooling was not working. We were told that the heating is off but cooling is not working which was not at all convincing. To our dismay, the hot water supply was also not there in the bathroom .Lack of toiletries in the bathroom. There were few random sachets kept in the bathroom which was very much inconvenient for use.

Happy for the short stay

I booked this hotel mainly because of the location and proximity to MOMkult. It wasn't difficult to reach by public transport or locate it, right outside the bus stop. Since I mostly spent time outside of the room, the space was just enough.

The page says the room had hair dryer however mine wasn't working :( I tried all the buttons and switches, nothing. The towel provided had a hole in it. The ventilator in the bathroom started to get a bit dirty
