Struttura molto pulita, vicinissima al casello autostradale. Colazione ottima!

Preis-Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis!

Closest from the highway, and very comfortable.
Shower must be revised or changed.

The location is strategic for business travel, the superior rooms have been renovated (but not the bathroom), there is a convenient parking space.
There's nothing really bad or inconvenient, but it's not the place you would be eager to come back to. I'd say it's not warmly welcoming you (need to say the person at the reception was not really doing a lot in this respect). Quite old and a bit dusty general appearance, although the restaurant and some rooms have been renovated.

The beds, the room, the location, excellent evening meal
I had emailed to request easy access to lift or ground floor room. This was granted and our room was 3rd floor near the lift as stated in their response.
The lift was not working on the evening of our stay.
There was no offer of help, nor understanding, nor apology that someone with a disability (my husband has Alzheimer’s and asthma and I have had two knee operations) and luggage and a dog might find this a difficult situation.
Although the 3 floor doesn’t sound too bad , there were actually 6 flights of stairs involved.
I tried explaining this to Reception but no one spoke good enough English.

Large bedroom with a huge bed and we also had a whirlpool in the bathroom. Located near the motorway which is why we choose it as we were stopping over on our way home from south Italy
We booked this hotel mainly as a stopover and had planned to simply eat at the hotel restaurant, have some drinks at the bar and get an early night before continuing our long drive the next day. However, upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel restaurant was closed for nearly the whole of August and the hotel bar was shutting at 20:00 that weekend!!!! A 4 star hotel without and open restaurant or bar is not 4 stars. Staff whilst not unfriendly, were also hardly friendly.

Very nice entrance, good staff, very large (very bright!) room, good bed. Ideal location for the motorway. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
We’d asked for a fridge but it didn’t work. The room was slightly cool. We think the bathroom smelt slightly smokey.

the property is next to the motorway so it was easy for us to continue our trip and also was quite cheap comparing with other hotels.
it’s not 4*. maybe it was back in 1990, but not now.
Except from the reception, no one could speak English.
The breakfast was very poor. Not even eggs for breakfast.

Very good location close to the highway, but still very calm. Exceptional breakfast even during the COVID period. The room was very big and well equipped. It even had a good size balcony. The personnel in the reception and breakfast were very kind and helpful. The hotel has a big open air parking.
