Todo genial una escapada inolvidable

La verdad es qué nos encanto todo el personal muy profesionales y amables, el hotel es perfecto, muy limpio, muy tranquilo ,esta cerca del centro, tiene unos jardines preciosos , buen aparcamiento privado ,las habitaciones están geniales y los baños también y súper limpios y tiene un restaurante de diez se come muy bien, nosotros cenamos una noche y nos encantó, la verdad es recomendable cien por cien ,nosotros estuvimos en una escapada de tres dias y nos encantó. Volveremos a repetir

Outside and the garden was beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. With freshly made coffee. The staff were lovely.

The location of the hotel wasn't great. The surrounding area was very run down with derelict houses etc.

Nice hotel but service lacking

Beautiful grounds, good facilities, would be good for a wedding. Ample parking and wifi worked.

Service at the restaurant not so great, all waiters in a hurry, we wanted glasses of wine, they brought a bottle (and a bit more expensive than we would have chosen), hotel is next to the road and too far to walk into town

Great location to explore Cambados and surrounding areas

The hotel is very spacious and everything still very new and in good shape. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We really liked the room we stayed in. Would love to come back to stay in Casa Rosalita.

Great place to stay in Cambados

Excellent size of room. Spacious, comfortable, tasteful design. Pleasant gardens to rear of hotel. Great swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good parking facilities. Good Wi-Fi.

not happy

the property and rooms a very nice

we got at 3:15pm and the was not ready at all. i asked it to be made because the staff was there in situ and their attitude and answer terrible. Went to complaint to the front and the lady said that she asumed that the room was ready because nobody answered her calls. lack of customer service also when we asked where we can eat in town she said I don’t know but you can here, felt pressured into using their restaurant. Property very nice Staff minus zero.

Very modern spacious room. Food (lunch and evening meal) was excellent.

Superb

An old stately hotel which has converted well to modern times. Swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden. Nice room with lots of light. Breakfast buffet style is tasty (but severly supervised). We could park our bicycle in the pantry in the cellar. Town centre on walking distance.

A bit of traffic noise, the hotel is located on a busy road.

Superb

Dinner in the restaurant was superb. Breakfast was very complete. I loved the homemade cakes. There was a small table in the room where you could work. WIFI was available.

A bit noisy at night due to the air conditioning compressors outside the hotel.

Nice staff but we won’t be returning

We had a large, clean room with good bathroom and local tv. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. We walked into Cambados town centre about ten minutes away. We were here in January but the hotel appears to have an indoor swimming pool.

There were only a few rooms in occupation (late January) but the room immediately adjacent was also occupied on our first night. We discovered at 11.45pm that the walls are paper thin. The returning couple chattered away pay for a while and had we spoken fluent Spanish we would have heard most of what they said for the next 40 minutes. Shoes clattered across the laminate floor. We were then woken up at 7.00am. We should have started speaking ourselves which may have alerted our neighbours to the issue. We had just arrived from a hotel in Tomar town centre where, for about 6% more than we paid here we had excellent (as opposed to very good here) breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities, international tv channels, mini bar/fridge and absolute peace and quiet in a reasonably well occupied hotel. So it wasn’t good value for money and even if it were we would not return because of the prospect of a disturbed night’s sleep.
