Many things let this complex down which is a pity

It is very pretty and the location was great. The rooms were basic but what I expected for the price

The man who checked us in when we arrived was the rudest man I ever met. His attitude was completely unacceptable There were wood lice and a cockroach in the bathroom The restaurants in the venue are expensive Finally the venue closed for the season on our last day. We were giving no notice that this was going to happen. There was no possibility to have our luggage stored for the day, we had a late flight. When we got up that morning most of the restaurants were closed only one was open offering very limited breakfast. A bit of notice of this would have been nice

Great restaurants, nice location. Swimming pool was lovely.

The accommodation did not look like the photos, very dark and dated. We checked in online, received an email to say we had checked in successfully but had to check in all over again when we arrived which took well over half an hour.

Nothing, other than could have maybe had another fan to keep more than one person cool during the hot evenings.

We enjoyed it and loved the beaches nearby

It's an interesting place. We paid a bit extra to have a two bedroom place, which meant a balcony and more ability to get some airflow. With the fans we were ok. Some of the other apartments looked much more tucked away and probably get little airflow which would make them quite hot.

The mattresses need replacement - v hard. The kitchenette is a tiny space at the front door. It would have been sufficient but they really should provide basic necessities like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea. Bathroom could also do with an airing. And yes, air on would help (though we were ok without)

Basic but good location

Good location with numerous good restaurants nearby. Decent swimming pool.

Accommodation very basic and extremely hot due to no air conditioning which made sleeping very difficult even though a fan was provided. Also due to the design of the hotel with only windows on the front the rooms were dark

Terrible experience

Very unhelpful and unfriendly man on reception on our arrival didn’t say hello or anything and simply said “documents!” Very rude. We were shown to our room which was in a back part of the hotel very horrible and next to a dirty swamp of water. It was not atall what we had booked and was small and unsafe with poor security and doors falling off cupboards and a large uncovered hole so I didn’t feel my child would be safe so I booked into an alternative hotel as the hotel could only move us to a room which was as per our booking the next day after 3pm. Terrible service. The hotels WiFi did not work for the entire duration of our stay. The complex was extremely busy and noisy at all hours and many local teenagers used the car park as a meeting space with music and shouting all night long. Terrible. Would not recommend would never stay there again.

The complex is amazing!

It could be a little bit more clean, there were not amenities unless hand soap, the furniture were pretty old and you had the feeling that it was "closed" for a long time!

Exceptional

Close to centre with shops supermarket and restaurants nice and spacious and upgrade in furnishings would attract a higher level of rental. Perfectly positioned good location ideal for couple or 3 persons.

Furnishings dated needs new curtains bedding lock to front door needs attention. Upgrade in furnishings kitchen and bathroom would definitely rate a 10 plus and increase rental.

Nice place to stay for a reasonable price albeit the lack of Wifi.

Location was great! Its a beautiful complex with supermarket and restaurants close by for most that you need. Room was clean. Price was acceptable for the area. Free parking at a minutes distance.

Wifi did not reach the room so basically there was no connectivity. The bathroom only had a couple soaps for washing the hands, no shampoo or gel for the shower.
