The stuff was perfect and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and do you have multiple choices.

Die Lage des Hotels eignet sich gut für die weiterreise zum Balkan. Die Zimmer schlicht aber sauber. Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es hat gut geschmeckt.

Personal war nicht freundlich. Musste beim Einchecken 30 Minuten warten. Die Dame an der Reception war mega unfreundlich. Kein Guten Morgen beim Frühstück. Klimaanlage vorhanden, war aber abgeschaltet. Am Gebäude sind überall Schwalbennester dadurch an manchen Stellen ekliger Vogeldreck. Es gibt einen Minipool der auch noch zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss.

De geboekte kamer had geen werkende airco, zonder problemen een upgrade gekregen. Vriendelijk personeel.

Δεν ικανοποίησε τις προσδοκίες μας, αλλά ήταν οκ.

Ήταν καθαρά και το δωμάτιο ήταν ικανοποιητικά μεγάλο.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ αργό και λίγο αγενές. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άβολα, ένιωθες το ελατήριο να μπαίνει στην πλάτη σου και έκανε πολύ θόρυβο με την παραμικρή κίνηση. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ φτωχό. Η τοποθεσία αν και ήταν ωραία, ήταν πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο της Μπρατισλάβας.

Superb

The location is somewhat relaxing and quiet. The staff are helpful. The room was of a good size and clean.. sound proofed room, so quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a good size with plenty of hot water. Good parking facilities with plenty of space. Would recommend particularly if you are into water sports.

The breakfast hot food was cold, when we came down for breakfast the second day there was very little hot food and the pouched egg ( one left) between two people was dried up. No milk. Staff were available, however, on their phones so did not notice there was a problem.

Don’t come here without a car!

Hopefully next stay will be better.

Nature around the hotel is breathtaking. There is no traffic and it is really quiet.

Air condition in my room was not working. When I complained about it staff informed me that system is being replaced and there is an information about It during booking so I quote: "heating system is being replaced therefore heat in a room is provided by a small heater". This information was obviously intelligence test which I failed, as I was to assume heating and cooling are the same system. For sure I would not book a hotel without an air condition in a summer period. But even so, I am not buying it as we had two rooms and the other room just next door was nicely cooled. The staff never considered offering me to change a room, even though it was clear that hotel is not fully booked. Speaking of staff... it is polite, but do not expect welcoming smile approaching the reception. Expect more of a government clerk attitude where your presence by a reception is being tolerated. "Variety of domestic and international food specialites offered in a restaurant " in reality means pizza... end of menu. Various activities which we wanted to enjoy during the stay "need to be booked at least 3-4 days prior ", because they need to inform an instructor. Prices of activities are ok I guess, but we really gave up on explaining why we would like to book something, and instead of an active vacation spent our time in downtown Bratislava. Beds are horrible, as there is only a board under a mattress. Sauna and wellness "are not working yet". There is a billiard table in a club area, nevertheless all the cues are without a tip... which is a 10 euro investment for a whole season. Receptionist did try to find some... unsuccessfully. To make things worse I will probably be back as I really like hotel position, so my review is more of a message to a hotel management... changing an attitude does not cost anything and I will be happy to donate for a cue tips. Hopefully some things will change until my next stay.

Hi. Location was nice and the family room was big. We could also enjoy the pool in the evening :)

Entrance door could not be open from inside without card. Should be improved. No drinking water at the breakfast. It is easy and cheap just to have tap water with ice and lemon :)

Good room in a fun park 20 minutes from Bratislava

It's a family park so is interesting and there's always something to do, the room was nice for the money and overall it was better than I thought

The AC was not working so they gave us fans, overall is a good value for the money

It is an amazing place on the island on Dunaj with many options to sport.

Breakfast was rich in options. The view from the window on the river Dunaj was breathtaking.

The mattress was too old, soft and not comfortable.

First time in my life a hotel left me as a guest on the steet becouse it was after check in time. I stayed night in the car and a hotel keep my money - so thats unfair.

Nice place if you like water sports. Expect non-existent mobile signal or internet.

Location is pretty, nice swimming pool and polite staff.

There was absolutely no phone signal and wi-fi that was supposed to be free was only for prepaid vouchers, which I only discovered deep in the night when there was nobody at reception anymore.

Extremely Enjoyable. It was a great time spent by a great location with many activities to do.

Great location and lovely staff. Lots of activities to do such as kayaking and a great place to relax in after sunset. Charge included dinner was fantastic too.

Rooms could have been a much higher standard in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
