Very good location within a few mins walk to the center of town and close to the bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bed were comfortable. Didnt have breakfast, but that also looked good. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the sound of the river at night.

Perfect location, beautiful view on the river and mountains. Very light sleepers might have issues with the river noise on rainy days, although I found it to be pleasant and soothing.

I had a charming corner room with views of the city center and mountains. Comfortable bed. Sweet, little balcony with a view of the mont blanc. Room had a tiny fridge with some non alcoholic beverages for purchase. I was able to keep my own water and snack in there as well. Rustic, charming, and updated bathroom. I requested a single room with a bathtub, but I think I got a double bed and the room had a shower. I was very pleased with my room.
My room was a bit chilly, as the heater never got very warm in my room. There was some noise, but not too bad for me. About half the tv channels that were supposed to be available said no signal, like Eurosport. I was a little bummed about that. The wifi would come and go and was not good enough for me to stream sports or have zoom calls for work.

The hotel is in a perfect location, on a very street. The staff provided a great level of service, both in the hotel itself and the bar attached to the hotel. All of us who attended had a great time.

The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the snowy mountains.

location
Needs a lot of basic maintenance. Doors don’t lock, elevator doesn’t work… staff try hard but like Faulty Towers.

The location is fabulous in the downtown area. We had the room with the best view of Mont Blanc, so that was a bonus. We were also traveling as a family of four so we needed a larger room. There was actually bed space for 5 which included a loft with three twin beds. This was really appreciated. The room was clean and the bathroom recently updated. While the hotel was fully booked, we didn't really encounter a lot of people, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Also, they stored our luggage for 48 hours after we checked out as we had planned to stay at a mountain refuge the following evening. This was also a bonus as we didn't need to find another place to store it.
The carpeting in the hallways was heavily stained.

The location.
The room and the hotel in general was run down and unclean. There was no hot water and after we complained about it (after taking a very cold shower!), the person at reception (who said nothing about it when we checked in) advised us that he was aware of the situation and that there would be no hot water until the next day. Not impressed…

Good location in centre of old town
There is absolutely no parking in the area, free or paid. Hotel was very misleading with this information

The location is good - at same distance from the train station and the main station of the lift.
I really liked the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
Extremely dirty - we stayed at 4th floor and the hallway was small and the carpet was dirty with dust and stains. The floor in the room was sticky and dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on all shelves. The beds were covered with a grey and furry bed cover that appeared dusty and not washed for ages. The wooden parts of the beds and wardrobes were also sticky with dirt.
Luckily the bed linen was white and clean.
The staff was not friendly and appeared grumpy.
Lastly, the hotel claims that there is a free parking nearby but the parking is 10 min away and is not free (we paid 10 euro for the overnight stay)
