Superb

The staff was super friendly, they offered us a late checkout until 9 PM without additional charges. Seamless auto check-in. The location is excellent, in front of a public beach and in the center of the shopping places and restaurants.

Nice spot on the beach but it's not a hotel. Fine for one night. Close to the beach bus stop. Good wifi and AC.

This is not a hotel. No staff, no luggage storage, no reply when asked. No soap in bathroom!! No sponge to wash dishes. If you stay longer than a night, beware there were no pots or pans to cook with.

Location

The view is nice, but you can’t enjoy it as sun shines direclty to the balcony, since there is no any kind of sun protection. The bathroom is too small, can’t turn around. The kitchen exists, but doesn’t work for preparing any kind of meals. When we politely asked for providing additional service for preparing meals, they were extremly rude and didn’t even show any will to make our stay better.

We stayed for 4 nights (wishing it was more) the cleaner was great, the facilities was great, the location was great too

The star signs were cool, clean building throughout, excellent room that we stayed in (me and my mother) the one bedroom apartment was just wow!!

I actually can’t think of anything to be honest (the balcony could of been bigger but that’s not important to me.

I love this apartament

I love this apartament. I've been to Larnace four times, and it was the best hotel. Best location and best view. I traveled alone, but I bet on a comfort and a good space, so I decided to take this one bedroom apartament. It's important to me to wake up in the morning and have a beautiful view. I recommend my family and all my friends. I'll be back. I would like to add that there is a high standard of customer service and communication very nice and quick.

very clean, excellent facilities, brilliant views from the balconies, adjacent multi-story car park

having no reception was a problem as I didn't receive notification of my access code or room number prior to travelling. To gain access when we arrived we had to ask the neighboring bar owner who then contacted the owners.

Location is the thing. Cross street to Sea. Nice small apartment with basic necessities. Actually fairly quiet with all the bars and restaurants close.

Clean apartments. Facilities not as described. Disappointing and over priced.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly. My complaint is that I didnt get what I paid for. The room is advertised as being self catering but I had to ask for dishes and pans. At first they refused. They then grudgingly did so but on condition that I didnt tell anyone else! I refused that condition. There are no laundry facilities. The air conditioning failed twice and had a bright light that meant that the room was never really dark. I asked how to switch this off but they couldn't. The ac unit was also directly above the bed and I often woke up with a sore throat/dry mouth.

The best location

The room was very nice and tidy when we arrived. I liked that it has color LED lighting. When we arrived, it was surprising that we should have brought a travel adapter because otherwise we would not be able to charge our electronic devices here. Two of these are provided by the property for the room. We rented a studio with "partial sea views". It was very nice from the balcony to the sea and the beach, it was also a wonderful experience with a partial view. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. A pair of electric hobs, small fridge, adequate lighting, enough cupboard. I also mention purity as a positive. The room was always clean. The apartment was a 1 minute walk from the beach and is in an incredibly good location. From the airport, the 425 Bus reached the beach in 15 minutes, from where you had to walk another 5 minutes to the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants on the street where the apartment is located. On the top floor you can go out to the balcony where you have a beautiful view. Plenty of sun loungers are available if you want to relax.

There was no pan, so we couldn’t cook. The bathroom was very small, even a person could hardly fit. The code for the room was sent to the apartment by email, giving you access to your access card. There was no staff at the reception due to COVID-19 so you could not hand over your card if you left. I would have been pleased if the door had worked with a digital code because you couldn’t change the code for the manual.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Room.

Everything else about it was Amazing! Great value for money, location, the staff were very nice and helpful all the time. I Stayed twice within one month and definitely would go back again whenever I am In Larnaca!

There is no to little utilities in the kitchen. Bathroom is very small and sometimes the water is warm not very hot.
