Ubicación
Muy sencilla la habitación. Tenía mayores expectativas por el costo.
5.0

Beautiful building and great location. Good cafe for breakfast.
The room was clean and we would definitely recommend the hotel. But being located in an old dowtown, there were inevitably a few bugs.

The room was so beautiful I honestly didn’t want to leave it. It also had a hammock which I loved. I got the room originally because I had been traveling around a lot and really wanted a soaking tub. The water was not hot enough to really satisfy my achy body, so I had to forgo that. I also was taken with the taxes from booking.com, so I left after one day. I really loved the space and the soaring 25’foot ceilings. My absolute favorite part was the hammock.
The water not being hot for the tub.

Room size, great restaurant.
Can be noisy, but nothing too serious.

The house is great. All you can dream about coming to México. But…. not all is exactly as it should be in a boutique hotel.

some noise from nearby club

The location of the hotel is excellent, located right at the end of the Paseo. The lobby artistry is unique and beautiful, The front desk staff, Roberto and Sara, made our stay even better with their assistance with any need or question and their friendliness made us feel perfectly comfortable.
The restaurant offerings were satisfactory and the staff very attentive. The

Great hotel, surprisingly clean. It is the best stay we had in Mexico.

Location, size of the rooms. Breakfast was awesome.

A beautiful small historic hotel in a brilliant location. Really felt like we were in Mexico rather than an anonymous international hotel.
the inclusive breakfast was a bit limited and not very generous.

Roberto, the receptionist, welcome us and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Two thumps up!
Hotel has a small but very nice restaurant/cafe. Food quality was top notch.

We loved the location and the staff was fabulous especially Roberto..The rooms were clean and very spacious and decorated so nice. Roberto made our anniversary so special when we were there and every night he would set up an area for our group to hang out.
There was nothing that we did not like.

superb
able to stay for a long time
4.5
It's a beautiful building with a lovely central courtyard. The room and bed were huge and very clean. The location was great as it was very quiet but a very short walk to everything Merida has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's secure free parking too.
The breakfasts were very disappointing. A small plate of fruit followed by either toast and jam or a slice of cake. Anything else was extra. For such a nice hotel, this should've been more generous.
