Needs Quiet Hours

Convenient to CdeM, staff friendly, ok price.

No quiet hours (and this is why I will not stay again), old bed, noisy street so windows must be closed but no fan or air, so very hot.

The staff was super nice. Specially the bar attendant who also took the time to explain where we should go to do the best excursions and obviously the owner.

The location was very nice. Only a ten or less min walk into the main part of cercedilla. The woman who ran the place was very sweet.

There wasn't really a comunical kitchen. There was a microwave and hot water heater you could use in the main building.

That we were locked in the room because the door lock was sticked in.

Great hostel next to the train station

The location was excellent! It was literally next to the train station, about 15 min walk to the village centre and an easy access to the main marked trekking paths, national park information point etc. The lady who took care of the reception was extremely friendly. The hostel restaurant was closed, but there was the option to use microwave oven to heat up ones own food and a cafeteria/bar in the same building, which served great Spanish breakfasts. They would have served some burgers etc. for dinner as well, but we preferred to go to the village. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom looked recently updated. Heating worked well and there were a lot of sockets, so it was easy to charge phones, cameras etc. Good value for money, strongly recommended! Muchas gracias, ya nos gustaría volver!

The Wifi collapsed at some point, but then returned again. The mini-fridge made weird noise, but we didn't really need it, so we just unplugged it.
